K-303 har blitt ombygd og innredet i et moderne lodge-tema med unike detaljer. Hvile etter en dag i fjellet på stuen er komfortabel skinnsofa. Den tilstøtende spisestue tilbyr plass til ti på bordet og bar, og kjøkkenet er utstyrt med rustfrie hvitevarer og granitt tellere. Soverommene har kunstneriske tilpassede senger og hodegjerder. To skyve glassdører åpne for vest-vendt balkong hvor du kan ta hver solnedgang og nyte utsikten over Paradise Splitt og Washington Gulch. Det viktigste boarealet har tre soverom og to bad. Ovenpå finner du en hems, det fjerde soverommet og et annet bad. Enheten er fullt m����blert, ned til sengetøy og retter.

Keystone-bygningen er i andre etasje. Det er en trapp opp til tredje etasje for å få tilgang til K-303.

San Moritz er ski-in / ski-out og Keystone bygningen har flott ski-tilgang - perfekt for nybegynnere. Din leilighet er i nærheten av West Wall heis. En kort spasertur, skiene på, og du er i bakken! På slutten av dagen, bare ski ned tilbake til bygningen.

Komplekset er sikker på å fullføre din erfaring. Et kontor og ansatte på stedet gjør det enkelt å sjekke inn / ut og svare på spørsmål som oppstår under oppholdet. Rengjøring gir søppel- og håndklestjeneste for opphold lenger enn 3 netter. San Moritz har sin egen private skytteltjeneste som er gratis under oppholdet. Skyttelbussen går daglig i skisesongen fra kl. m. til midnatt. Om sommeren går skyttelbussen i helgene fra kl. m. til midnatt. De vil selv plukke opp og slippe av rett utenfor leiligheten din! I løpet av vinteren, kan du også nyte en dukkert i innendørs boblebad. Badstuen er åpen året rundt. For ekstra bekvemmelighet har hver bygning to myntdrevne skiver og tørketrommel for gjestebruk. Alt du trenger for et komfortabelt opphold!

Roomy condo in a great location

The condo is in a nice location on the mountain and it was very comfortable for four adults and one teen. We visited in July and It can get rather warm in the afternoon if the sliding glass doors aren't left open. The layout of the space is great and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Family ski getaway

Location is great right next to slopes so you can ski in for lunch and be on the first chair. Condo van service to town was wonderful just call and Garrett picks you up. Condo was very roomy and comfortable. We used the hot tub every day and made a fire in the fireplace. Christine was a great host.

Nice Stay

Location was great. Condo was nice but needs the carpet replaced. Broken window up top wouldn’t stay latched. Living room ceiling wouldn’t work but maintenance was notified but wasn’t fixed while there. Overall, stay was good.

Perfect location, great for large group!

We LOVED our stay! We had 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and 2 adult dogs. The house was spacious, providing enough room for everyone. A very quick and easy walk to the lifts. The updates are nice, and it's all very well stocked. Christine was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was as described and in line with photos. It’s a great location for ski in/out with a very helpful shuttle service on call. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Linen could have been cleaner (blankets) and this was raised with management. Furniture and spiral stair are quite worn. Overall, reasonable value for money and great outlook.

The condo manager was extremely helpful, from our first contact late last winter, to our checkout day. All condos were well-stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and amenities. The property is well maintained, the views from each condo are spectacular, and the location being close to many different activities is a big asset. We enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, the ski lifts, and local art festival.

Our teens had plenty of space and comfortable rooms. The upstairs loft and bedroom were very popular with them. It was a great rental that I recommend. The only challenge we had was with the fireplace and the chimney flue. We had some issues getting the smoke to draw out which was concerning. Maybe it needs to be cleaned or checked?

Everyone had plenty of space and we enjoyed our time together in the evenings gathering in the den/dinning area. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The condo's free shuttle service was an added bonus since we didn't have a car. The drivers were all so nice and helpful. We never had to wait long at all to be picked up and taken to the base area or the town. The office staff were great to work with too. We enjoyed the convenience of ski in/ski out, even though we did have a little difficulty navigating the ski in on the first day, but after that it was fine. We would definitely recommend staying at Keystone 303!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Keystone 303 San Moritz Condo. The condo is very comfortable. Lots of beds and cute decor. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, though I would suggest they add a couple more cutting boards. The office staff is very helpful and the housekeeping services are great. My only suggestion when staying here in the summer is to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and don’t cool off until late into the night. Even with a fan. Not sure what they can do about it, but it’s quite uncomfortable. Luckily our boys were in those rooms and they don’t complain much. Other than that, the condo is great, the location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets every night. We love Created Butte and we love these condos.

This is a lovely accommodation.The location is perfect to easily ski in and ski out and we really appreciated the dogs allowance, assuming they were satisfied with our use of sheets and leaving no trace that we even had dogs,so I hope we won't be getting any extra cleaning fee,that is a real PLUS for this choice.Not a complaint, but just note that the laundry facilities are paid machines on the bottom floor and you will need quarters which might be available at the office a stones throw in across the parking lot in the other bdlg. You can get more towels and sheets and toiletries there too. The only downsides of this unit would be the narrow, somewhat rickety spiral staircase going up to 4 of the beds listed, and one bathroom, which means some members of your party might not be able to reach there. Leaving only two bathrooms and two master beds and a bunk bed on the main floor. Also, come to think of it, you have to be able to climb stairs to get to the condo, too. My two recommendations to the owner, would be to consider removing the two metal futon couches and replacing them with comfortable options that aren’t going to cripple anyone trying to sit in the couch or sleep on it.They were unusable and fortunately we did not invite others who would have been expecting to sleep in those beds as they were listed.There is a beautiful large wooden hutch in the hallway that,while I love it and assume it is there for the owners delight, would be great to have space/wallhooks, etc
