The upstairs bedroom offers privacy and a Queen-sized bed, and also has shudders which open into the living area if you are feeling sociable. The upstairs bathroom has a nook with a stackable washer/dryer too, and don't forget the deck just off the living area with a gas grill, and outdoor seating. Downstairs the Master holds a comfy King and loads of closet space, as well as private access to the fenced-in patio and garden area. Downstairs bedroom 2 has a king bed that can be divided into 2 twins on request at time of booking. Both downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. Hook up your Sonos account to hear your favorite music, or catch the big game or a movie on the smart TV. Parking is provided just out front, and the fact that this home is on one of Downtown Crested Butte's charming alleys means less traffic, and more privacy.

****Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions.

***Guest will be required to provide a credit card for a $300.00 security deposit hold through our software platform in addition to payments made through any software connected/API integrated third party platform (such as AirBnB, VRBO.)

****No pets.

****Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.

****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year.

****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.

****The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.

****One parking space is provided. Please note, additional parking may be found on the street, pay attention to street signs to avoid being ticketed towed. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL PARKING IN THE ALLEY, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOORS, THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY.
