We are normally on site and are available to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience. Let us dial you in on the best spots on the mountain, best restaurants, bars, and live music. We are always willing to offer our favorite places to see and things to do.

We are located high above the base area at the end of Cinnamon Mountain Road in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. The blue ski trail down to the base area is just 40 steps across the street and the ski back is down Columbine Hill via Painter Boy lift.

To access the guesthouse, park per the parking plan, and walk down 2.5 flights of stairs (52 steps). Easy to access ski, snowboard and gear storage is available in a shared mud room at driveway level. The Guest house is the entire ground floor of the main house. The private patio with fire pit, two outdoor sofas , six person hot tub, and grill is for Teo 2 guests use only and is not shared.

Perched high above the Mt Crested Butte ski area, with breathtaking views, this guesthouse is the perfect vacation spot for an incredible winter trip. Completed in 2022, the lower level of our house has a beautiful walk-out patio with fire pit, sofas, grill and private six person hot tub. The living room has comfortable seating to view your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. This high-tech, modern house has in-floor radiant heat, dimmable lighting, and a whole house ventilator that provides continuous, warm humidified fresh mountain air. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located right outside the bedrooms. The fully-equipped modern kitchenette has a precise induction cooktop, complete coffee/tea station, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher. Four comfortable stools on the cooktop peninsula make dining-in a pleasure. Watch the sun set after a long day of skiing from the king sized bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has an amazing accent wall fully lit with led string lights. A large double vanity bathroom with a rain shower is located next to the second bedroom. A very comfortable Italian sleeper sofa (queen size) with mountain views is located in the living room. For convenience, store your gear in a shared, heated mud room at driveway level. . There is driveway parking for 2 cars.

FirstTracks will transport you back-and-forth from our house to the base area transit center. There is also the free town shuttle to Crested Butte. A late night bus is available that will bring you right to our door. There is also a free bus between Gunnison and Mt. Crested Butte.

From DIA: A short train ride will take you to Union station where you can take a 6 hour bus to Crested Butte. The Bustang bus runs twice daily. Check internet for the latest bus schedule.

From Gunnison: Flights arrive from Denver, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago. Alpenglow Rentals, Hertz, Avis, and Budget car rentals are available at the airport. We recommend making advance arrangements to rent a car prior to arrival. Transportation is also offered by Alpine Express; reservations are required. You can also book a private shuttle with Rocky Rides or Dolly’s Mountain Shuttle.



NOTE: There is residential construction ~300 ft. from the guest house but our triple pane windows should mitigate any noise.
Kitchenette does not have a full size oven but has a large toaster oven/air fryer.
