    Denne veldig luftige og romslige leiligheten har alt du trenger for å hvile, slappe av og nyte din Rocky Mountain-ferie. Med 4 soverom, hems og 3 bad er det god plass til å bevege seg etter en spennende dag. Enten du besøker i skisesongen eller sommersesongen, med en liten gruppe eller en stor gruppe, er dette en flott leilighet å være i! En stor, åpen stue-spisestue er planlagt rundt en massiv stein peis. The walk-gjennom kjøkkenet er i full størrelse og har en snackbar også. De viktigste oppholdsrom har 3 soverom og 2 bad. To skyve glassdører gir tilgang til stor balkong. Ovenpå, vil du finne en hems, 4. soverommet, og et annet bad. Enheten er fullt møblert, helt ned til sengetøy og servise. Enheten har også en vaskemaskin / tørketrommel for enkelhets skyld.

    Den internasjonale bygningen er i tredje etasje. Det er bare noen få skritt fra parkeringsplassen for å komme til I-302.

    Den internasjonale Bygningen har god ski tilgang, ligger slope. Din leilighet er i nærheten av West Wall heis. En kort spasertur, skiene på, og du er i bakken.

    Komplekset er sikker på å fullføre din erfaring. Som on-site kontor og personalet gjør det lett å sjekke inn / ut og svare på eventuelle spørsmål som oppstår under oppholdet. Rengjøringstjenester tilbys til alle opphold som er 4 eller flere netter. San Moritz har sin egen private skytteltjeneste som er gratis under oppholdet. Skyttelbussen går daglig i skisesongen fra kl. m. til midnatt. Om sommeren går skyttelbussen i helgene fra kl. m. til midnatt. De vil selv plukke opp og slippe av rett utenfor leiligheten din! I løpet av vinteren, kan du også nyte en dukkert i innendørs boblebad. Badstuen er åpen året rundt. For ekstra bekvemmelighet har hver bygning to vaskemaskiner og tørketrommel for gjestebruk. Alt du trenger for et komfortabelt opphold!

Stunning views from I302

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The views are stunning, the property was clean and well stocked with supplies, and we will definitely booked this place again. The location was wonderful to watch the fireworks show. We had a perfect trip and highly recommend this condo for the space it provides, the location, the ease of booking, the effortless check out, and overall quality of this rental.

Something sticky was over the bench and floor beside the table. The towel rack in the master bathroom is falling off the wall. The sponges and cleaning supplies in the kitchen are falling apart. The office is very difficult to find when trying to check in. The stairs going up to the loft are extremely steep, dangerous, and I suspect would not meet code today.

Amazing Location. Very outdated condo.

This condo complex is amazing and the staff is A+. The location of this condo is amazing. The condo is large and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 easily. When we arrived, I was pretty shocked with how outdated everything was. The appliances did not work properly, paint was chipping off the walls, the decor was literally from 2001 (dates on posters on the walls), and the beds/chairs/tables/technology is very outdated. This property really needs an update. Once updated, it will be an A++. As-is, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Good family rental in CB!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice large condo that could accommodate large family get together. A bit dated and in need of some paint and TLC, and an upgrade to pots and pans, but super for our purposes of multi-generational reunion. This building at top of San Moritz development was a little challenging as a ski in ski out when path to/from West Wall lift was not groomed, and there was heavy powder snowfall - only expert skiers could ski back in at end of day. Beginners would need to use the shuttle provided, so it is not always a ski in ski out unit. Most days though it was. Overall, we had a great stay!Property management very helpful and responsive to any needs and requests.

Condo was well thought out with what you need for a comfortable stay. Only complaint is the stairs to upper rooms; ropes for stair rails? WAY too narrow and steep for young kids or older adults!! Hauling luggage or even walking up there was challenging (and I’d say unsafe). The rest was a great experience! Awesome staff, very friendly, professional

Reviewer Comments: good ski in/out location. excellent condo shuttle service. hot tub/sauna actually working and in good condition. condo was well stocked, clean and had lots of room. although the kitchen was a bit small, especially for 5 guys cooking :-) jenny at the office was great and very helpful. nice view. only potential neg. was the steepness of the stairs to the loft. not a problem for us but possibly a challenge for grandmas. would happily stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great until my son got bit by bed bugs. Hoping we didn’t bring any home! It’s a great property with easy access to the West Wall. We love San Moritz and have stayed there a bunch of times. I own some beach vacation property. A couple of suggestions: provide more supplies- trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Those things are cheap, but as a renter I feel penalized for staying more than 2 nights. Appreciate having spices there and I agree with the concept of replacing whatever runs out. I do the same thing, but I also leave condiments in the fridge. With Covid, might be a bad idea.
