The description on Expedia listed a kitchenette with cookware. We purposely wanted this so that we could prepare meals in our room. In reality there was a microwave and a Keurig pod coffee maker. There was silverware, plates and glasses but only 2 of each - the room is supposed to accommodate 4 people. On that note, there was only one robe in the closet. The bathtub floor was warped and bubbled so it was awkward to stand in there and shower. We had to completely unscrew the drain plug and remove it in order for the tub to drain seeing as it wouldn’t stay propped open. The toilet barely flushed and needs to be replaced. We found a used plastic fork on the floor between the bed side table and one of the beds. The television was very old, small, had a horrible picture and the cable was constantly glitching and freezing up and would even occasionally freeze up indefinitely - once we left it on for over 45 minutes frozen. The TV was also plugged into an outlet that was also on the circuit with the wall switch that controlled the lamp on the bed side table so we had to figure that out. Mind you it was playoff weekend and we were looking forward to watching the games. We ended going downstairs to the restaurant to watch where the food and service were excellent but the television there was very glitchy as well. The mattresses could definitely be replaced and there was no service without specifically requesting it.
