Parking Note: No additional overnight parking is allowed in Mt. Crested Butte. Extra vehicles must park in the Town of Crested Butte and follow posted signage, including alternate-side rules in winter.

The second bedroom and sleeper sofa area are divided by a folding wall that can be left open or closed based on guest preference.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a cancellation and modification policy that is more flexible than many vacation rentals. To be fair to all of our guests and homeowners, however, once the non-refundable period begins, we are unable to make exceptions or extend credits toward future stays.

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection at the time of booking.
