Prime Beach Location:
Beach Access: Less than 400m Easy and gentle walking proximity to the beach. Less than 200m to Crescent Head Tavern, supermarket, or country club.

We have transformed our original 50’s beach shack, she has a smaller internal footprint than some but we have packed in the luxury, your comfort and functionality into Little Tern. Who said you had to give up luxury and comfort when holidaying at the beach, not at Little Tern, this level of luxury and convenience is about wellbeing, health and restorative care.

NDIS Participants:
- **Support**: Yellowbird is a registered NDIS provider, offering 24/7 1:1 short-term accommodation (respite) with support. Or bring-your-own-support models if you are plan or self managed (as you can make up your own STA package with separate accommodation provider, support provider and activities/food. Create your own bespoke respite or independent supported living experience at Little Tern.
- build your independent living skills, learn and practice your ADLs as a transition to your independent living.
- **NDIS Booking**: due to recent NDIS changes, BYO support model of STA are required to book and pay and then seek their own reimbursement for the costs via self management or plan management providers. Agency managed cannot bring their own staff under the new changes as we are unable to claim just the accommodation component. Send us an email to discuss.
