«We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.»

«Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!»

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. Highly recommended.»

«The cottage is very cosy with everything you need. It's close to all amenities and the train station but quiet and private. Communication with the host Claire was excellent and clear and she was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a really relaxing stay here recharging my batteries after Xmas!»

«A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. «Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. «The property had all we needed for a two nights stay apart from extra bedding for bed-settee. In our party we had 3 grown females and one male so we needed other sleeping room. Fortunately I bought with me an extra pillow and a small duvet. I did request extra bedding on application form. This did not prevent us from having a satisfactory stay.»

«We were two families 4 adults and 3 children staying at the Looking Glass Cottage in the beginning of May. The apartment is small and cosy, and just what we needed to enjoy Brighton. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep: Food, restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping and the beach. The Looking Glass Cottage comes highly recommended for anyone under 2 meters tall - it's Brighton at it's best.»
