** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Just a quick note about check-in and check-out times! While we love to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, we can confirm these requests only 48 hours in advance. This helps us ensure a seamless transition between guests, as we may have others arriving or departing on the same day. Our cleaning team usually needs about 5 hours between stays. Thanks for understanding!
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Fireplace is decorative, please do not use.
