Chalet Renard Blanc is a luxurious yet cozy private chalet ideal for skiing, golfing, and hiking. This private retreat offers all the modern amenities for a perfect holiday. A contemporary interior with a luxurious feel matches beautifully with the natural forest surroundings. The chalet features large south-facing windows that let in plenty of light, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere — perfect for families to relax and spend time together after a fun day skiing, hiking, golfing, or simply enjoying the stunning Alpine resort and all the activities it has to offer.

The chalet with 200m2 floorspace has four bedrooms with each an attached bathroom, furthermore you have a garage and two parking spots available next to the chalet.

Located on the edge of Crans-Montana, just a 3-minute drive from the ski lifts, Chalet Renard Blanc is set in a peaceful residential area near a stream, offering breathtaking mountain views over the valley.

The chalet is available on a self-catering basis, and a concierge is available during your stay to help you make the most of your vacation. A mid-week clean and a variety of additional services — including a private chef, ski rental, ski lessons, and more — are available at an extra cost.

Crans-Montana: The neighboring towns of Crans and Montana, located at an altitude of 1,500 meters on a sun-drenched plateau high above the Rhône Valley, form one of the most popular year-round holiday destinations in Valais, Switzerland. Just 2.5 hours by car from Geneva, the area boasts impressive 360° panoramic views stretching from the Matterhorn to Mont Blanc, as well as a wide selection of shops and activities.

generous and cosy chalet with breathtaking view

We booked this chalet for a family stay with 3 generations and were very positively surprised the quality of the equipment, the space... and of course the splendid view! It suits for a family with small kids as we were but also for older generations and we had a very nice and quiet time all together. The concierges were available for any question.

This was a lovely place to stay! A bit outside the main area of Crans Montana but right by a bus stop. Everything about this place was easy and wonderful and comfortable. Patrick and Lidia were very responsive and clear even with some of my dumb questions. I sincerely hope to make it back exactly here someday!!

Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts were helpful and the home had all of the amenities needed. The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. It was conveniently located for day trips and is located in a fun community with many options for restaurants and grocery stores. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay here during our visit, and would definitely return again. Thank you!

A Home Away from Home in Crans Montana

Returning to Chalet Renard Blanc for the third time reaffirmed why it's our treasured holiday destination. Located on a 5 minutes drive from the Crans Montana center, this chalet offers a cosy and luxurious experience. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warmth and comfort of home. Each of the four bedrooms, complete with ensuite bathrooms, is a sanctuary of relaxation. The top floor room, where my husband and I stayed, offers mesmerizing views of the mountains and valley, ensuring blissful nights of sleep on the plush mattresses. The highlight? Without doubt, the spacious balcony. From soaking in the sun to marveling at the starlit sky, every moment spent here is pure bliss. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there's even a gas grill ready for some culinary adventures. Speaking of culinary adventures, the kitchen is a perfect for any cooking enthusiast. Stocked with everything you could possibly need, from cookware to fondue sets, it's a joy to whip up meals for the entire family. And the cherry on top? A dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze 🙂 Lastly, the communication with Patrick and his team, Lidia and Philippe, is top-notch. Responsive, accommodating, and always ready to assist. In short, our stay at Chalet Renard Blanc was nothing short of magical. We're already counting down the days until our next visit.

Un chalet où il fait bon vivre

Un chalet qui permet de partager de beaux moments de convivialité dans une belle salle à vivre avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et qui privilégie les moments d'intimité et d'indépendance avec 4 chambres confortables ayant chacune leur salle de bain attenante. Wonderful chalet in a spectacular location

We have just returned from 10 days at Patrick's chalet. The VRBO description and pictures are absolutely accurate. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular and the chalet is cosy but with plenty of space. Patrick was responsive to any questions we had. We were especially impressed with how well appointed the kitchen was - fully stocked with cookware, dishes, fondue/raclette equipment, outdoor grill etc. If we had one recommentation, it would be for additional drinking glasses for juice/water. Lidia and Philipe had even stocked the chalet with some milk, butter, jam & honey and coffee which was much appreciated on our first morning. Since we traveled during the summer, we chose to not rent a car and took advantage of Swiss public transportation. It took about 3.5 hours to get to Crans Montana from Zurich Airport (SBB train to Sierre, and then the 422 Bus up the mountain - the bus stop closest to the chalet is called Montana, Pradouvan). During the summer, the local bus network in Crans Montana is free. These buses make it easy to access any of the mountain lifts or trail heads. It should be noted that the bus stop closest to the chalet is one stop outside this free zone. The choice is to walk up to the first free stop, Comba (a steep walk and takes about 10 minutes) OR pay 3sFr and ride from in front of the chalet. In winter, we suggest you take Patrick's advice and rent a car. We recommend Crans Montana without hesitation! So many activities to enjoy.

A wonderful place to stay for older children who love outdoor activities!

This property was lovely. We loved the location and enjoyed taking the funicular down to the town of Sierre where we could easily take the trains to our destinations. It was well designed and was exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable and it worked well for us with a group of 10 people. We used the roll away beds and would have preferred one more bedroom; however, we were happy they had the roll away beds for our use. The kitchen was well equipped and even had two fondue pots! We were thrilled to enjoy a fondue night while there. The water pressure was great for that many people. Our older kids loved all the activities near the chalet! It made our trip on the days we stayed in town. We will treasure our memories from this chalet and we would stay here again if we are ever in Switzerland again.

zalige chalet

we verbleven voor de tweede maal met onze familie in de chalet. Het contact, zowel met de eigenaar als met de huisbewaarders ter plaatse, verliet heel vlot en correct. De chalet was terug super net en voorzien van alle comfort. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf voor een ontspannen vakantie.

Chalet confortable pour 9 personnes mais beaucoup trop chauffé nécessitant d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Quelques améliorations à apporter au niveau des salles de bain, des ustensiles de cuisine et de la fermeture des portes (détails signalés au propriétaire) Un peu loin des pistes, nécessite une voiture.

Wundervolles Chalet mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir waren mit 10 Personen, 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern angereist. Die Informationen von Patrick im Vorfeld waren sehr ausführlich und nützlich. Die Sauberkeit war uns sofort aufgefallen nachdem wir das Chalet betreten haben. Philippe und Lydia, die Concierges sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nachdem wir gemeinsam festgestellt haben, dass die bei FeWo-Direkt veröffentlichte Anzeige nicht mehr der Realität entspricht und es tatsächlich nur 8 Schlafplätze gab, zögerten die beiden nicht in Absprache mit dem Eigentümer Patrick 2 Klappbetten anzuschaffen. Unser Urlaub war gerettet und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Das sehr gemütliche Chalet ist etwas abseits des Trubels und doch ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen, Seilbahnen und Skiliften. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Woche! Frank & Family

Wunderschönes Chalet

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Patricks Chalet. Patrick ist ein unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das Haus wurde uns von Lidia und Phillipe in perfekt sauberem Zustand übergeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Excellent home in great view location

Great layout with spacious living area adjacent to a well designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, china, glassware and tool supply. 4 comfortable and well designed bedrooms, each with a shower and 3 of them also with a bath tub. All rooms are nicely furnished and decorated with art work, with the living room sporting a beautiful, flamboyant picture of 2 zebras. The two bedrooms at the lowest level lead out to the lawn. The walk-out from the living room/kitchen at the second level leads out to a deck/balcony area that wraps around more than 50% of the home and has a nice outdoor seating area as well as a barbeque area with a large table and seating for 8. Beautiful unimpeded views from the the balcony and the upper bedrooms into the mountain range at the opposite (southern) side of the Valais main Rhone valley. We had a 3-family party of nine individuals (including three children) staying at this property for nine days in late May/early June and we were extremely happy with the location, the amenities in the home and the view. We also enjoyed many of the activities possible at this particular time, like walking the first part of the Bisse du Ro as well as the Grand Bisse de Lens trails or the playgrounds and water activities for the children at the Etang Grenon and the Lac de la Moubra near the town center. We all also enjoyed the gondola rides up to Les Violettes and Glacier de la Plaine Morte, as well as the short ride up to Arnouva for the Alpine Ascent of the cows for the season. Due to covid concerns and immunity problems for some members in our group, we ate most of our meals at home, greatly aided by the well equipped kitchen in the chalet. We did venture out and had a few meals in outdoor settings, and enjoyed them all: the excellent pizzas at the Gerber Pizzeria in the town center on Route du Rawyl; the earthy croutes and roestis on the terrace of the Violettes station and of course particularly the excellent food, service and ambience at the LeMontBlanc restaurant of the LeCrans resort hotel with a beautiful view into the mountains. For all our food shopping needs we found good supplies both at the local Coop and the Migros in the center of town, it it particularly worth mentioning that the Migros shop is open 7 days a week, very practical for us busy and unprepared tourists. Overall - a great experience, starting with the excellent accommodation and continuing with the great facilities in the area.
