Wonderful condo!

We loved staying at the condo. It's super cute -- lots of art work that reflects the island. The views are wonderful, the hosts are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and will share our experience with friends.

Perfect condo for relaxing

Top notch location and condo. Been coming to Cozumel for 20 years and the last three have been the best because of the Condos Palmar. We will only continue staying in Victoria and Chris’ properties.

Exceptional place to stay in Cozumel. We've been to the island many times so we've stayed at a number of places and the PALMAR is our first choice. Communication was great prior to and during our stay. We'll be back there soon :)

July family vacation

The condo has the best views around and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We went to Sunset Bar and Grille nearly every day for happy hour and to snorkel. The supermarket is very close also. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great condo with all the amenities one could want. Having potable water is a major bonus. Property and staff are incredible. Taxi cabs always just outside the gate.

Wonderful Condo!

I stayed here by myself and was so at home. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very spacious. I went to Tikilas Beach club (1 block away) and snorkeled alone up the coast. The location is very convenient with lots of places within walking distance. Would recommend convenient

Amazing Vacation

Our second stay at Palmar, we won’t stay anywhere else!!! Chris and Victoria were amazing hosts and the condo was absolutely perfect! With fantastic view, and friendly staff, this place felt like home away from home! We are already planning our next visit! Thank you! See you soon!

Grwat penthouse 2 bdrm condo with wonderful view

Everything needed for a enjoyable week in Cozumel. We have nenn visiting and diving here for over 30 years. This is the nicest, well equipped condo we have ever rented. We will be back!!

Le paradis a désormais un nom. Palmar 8E

Ce condo est simplement exceptionnel. Par ses équipements, sa grandeur, sa propreté, son emplacement, l’amabilité des propriétaires et de tous le personnel de l’édifice. Et j’en passe. Si vous désirez séjourner dans un endroit exceptionnel lors de votre prochaine visite à Cozumel, n’hésitez surtout pas à réserver cet emplacement de rêve.

Paradise

This was the perfect condo/location for my birthday and wedding anniversary. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and tons of amenities. This was truly an amazing experience. So much to do all within walking distance from the condo. We even ordered pizza and wings one night when we didn’t feel like leaving. You won’t regret booking this condo for your next vacation. We’ll definitely book again.

Best of the best

We’ve stayed at this condo complex 8 times. This particular condo is our favorite. The view is beautiful. The condo is decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything you could need. Housekeeping does a great job. The condo staff and the property manager staff are attentive and helpful. We’ve already started looking for another time to come back.

Great condo

This is a great condo. It was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the property management was very easy and they are quick to respond. We had everything we needed to cook and the unit is well equipped. Washer and Dryer were full size and work well. View is awesome and complex is very clean and well cared for. Everything we used worked great. Great location about two miles south of town. There are nearby restaurants and small stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Cabin on the Coast

We have stayed at several places in the area and in the same building but this is our new favorite. It was the perfect accommodation for us and our parents. It was very accessible. Taking the elevator to the pool was easy. They were able to relax in the morning, sipping coffee while watching the ships roll and we could go diving. In the evening they would watch the sunset from the living room. They left the place sometimes but I think they would have been content staying at their retreat in the sky. The Cozumel Habitats team was always in communication and were an excellent concierge. Can’t way to stay there again. Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Beautiful luxury condo with outstanding hosts!

The hosts Chris and Victoria were amazing! They helped us repeatedly with our unique needs, and were gracious and kind in the process. They were very quick to reply to messages and always helpful. When we arrived, they had stocked the fridge with some beers, waters and groceries for an omelet the first morning without us asking! The condo was beautiful with 2 king bedrooms with en-suite baths and an additional half bath. The balcony and view were outstanding! AC worked well to keep us cool and the building staff was very friendly. The unit had attendants at the building entrance and parking entrance around the clock and felt very secure. The huge pool was warm and spacious with water view! The fridge had an automatic ice maker with filtered water for lots of cold drinks. The unit was well equipped with dishes, pot/pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave, beach towels, pool floats and an ice chest. An Oxxo quick stop store in located at the street for snacks/drinks. Thank you for an amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back!

2nd Home

We have been staying at Palmar Condos for over 12yrs and it has become our 2nd home. Victoria and Chris are easy to make arrangements with and helpful with any requests. The units are always immaculate and fully equipped. The staff at Palmar are first class also!

Clean, nicely decorated, gorgeous view

We stayed a week in May 2021. Price was very reasonable, condo is beautiful and clean, property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating - even offered a later check out without us asking. Very nice!! We'll be back...as soon as possible.

Such a fun trip

I stayed here with my teenage daughters. They loved the pool and having a place to snorkel so close by was a bonus. The property was well maintained and Chris (and team) was super helpful and responsive. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing ocean view!

I originally booked 8E but there were some unexpected delays in repairs of the balcony roof from the recent hurricane and I was given the option to stay in the newly remodeled 5C unit and it was perfect. This condo has a spectacular unobstructed ocean view that can be seen through the glass railing. It is very clean and modern with firm yet comfortable beds. The property staff was always friendly and nice. Management checked on me (via VRBO messaging) to make sure everything was okay with the unit and reminded me about the maid service day, covid test requirements and few other things. They were also very prompt to respond to a request I had. I enjoyed being able to make my breakfast in the morning and take in the breath taking ocean views from the balcony, bed, and living areas. Truly a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to returning here again.
