The suite features a spacious king bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, honeymooners, divers, remote workers, or small families. The highlight of the property is the expansive private oceanfront terrace, complete with your own private hot tub overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise and music low, especially on balconies and in hallways.

No parties or events. Maximum occupancy must match the reservation.

Pool and beach areas are shared common areas and cannot be reserved. Vacation renters may not invite outside guests to the pool or beach areas.

Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.

No glass at the pool or beach.

No diving in the pool or jacuzzi. No dive or snorkel gear in the pool or jacuzzi.

No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in any common areas including lobbies, elevators, stairways, garages, pool, or beach.

Nothing may be hung from balcony or terrace railings, windows, columns, or arches. Do not throw or drop anything from balconies or terraces.

No pets are allowed in the pool or beach areas.

Please keep entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairways clear at all times.

Parking is limited to one parking spot per unit and is first come, first served based on availability. Please hang the parking pass on the front mirror at all times.

Garbage and recycling are located in the parking garage. We recycle now. Please place trash in a tied bag and separate recycling into the correct bins. Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas.

Please treat the AC with care. Keep doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Turn it off when leaving the unit.

Please report any damage or issues right away so we can address them quickly.

Laundry service is available. If you would like the maid to wash laundry, notify us. Leave it out and it will be returned the next day.
