We utilized the house for the weekend to celebrate an engagement/birthday. Everyone commented on how cute the house was. It was the perfect indoor space, with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom, including the side yard to grill and play yard games. We would highly recommend and hopefully plan to stay again in the future!

I’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this one was the absolutely best! It was beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. It was spacious for our family trip. Plenty of space. It was also great for my disabled mother. But she could walk up the entryway stairs where if someone who was completely wheelchair bound could. The karaoke, games, and snacks were the cherry on top. This place is on my frequent visit list for sure.

Everything was beautiful, we would love to come back and even considered extending. The home is exquisite and beautifully decorated. Comforting, clean and delightful. The goodies were great to have as well! All the little details including the fire pit on the side were lovely.

Epic Retreat at Mystic Falls

We had a wonderful stay at this Covington home. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its proximity to the town square made exploring local shops and restaurants convenient. The host was responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This was a great location for our big family! Grandparents and great grandparents were incredibly comfortable during our Family Reunion weekend, away. The porch is big enough for babies and toddlers to safely play. It was also my nephew's 3rd birthday! The host was proactively helpful, so had no questions!

The property is not accurately marketed. Not convenient to walk to downtown as you just cross a significant highway. Towels were something you would wash/dry your automobile. Chairs in kitchen were put together backwards. Poor seating configuration in main room. Poor seating on porch. Overall not a property I would recommend.

Host was good. The house was clean and comfortable. Location perfect for going into Covington. Nice quiet neighborhood. Amenities were fine and beds comfortable. Only issue we had was you could only take 1-2 showers and the hot water would run out. Then you had to wait more than 20 minutes for it to recover. Not an issue for everyone, but just take note if you have a group that all has to be ready at the same time. Overall, a very nice place.
