«I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly.»

«I have stayed in roughly a dozen hotels in and around Exton, this is the best I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you have to book near here.»

«The Fairfield Inn didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly, room was clean, bed comfy and free breakfast was perfect. The hotel is next to Cracker Barrel which was helpful to grab a meal.»

«Clean room, plenty of parking, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Clean and comfortable! Convenient parking and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again!»

«I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON ...

«The room was clean and the staff at the main desk were extremely helpful and polite. I stay here whenever I attend special events at The Colonial Theatre and haven't had a bad experience yet.»
