The villa, whose amenities will provide you with an unforgettable holiday, is located about 1 km of the amenities and shops at Courthézon. In the heart of a wine-producing region, you can take advantage of its location and go and discover the wine growing of Côtes-du-Rhône and the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards. Or for outdoor activities , the Ardèche gorges are 50 km away, and towards the south the Fontaine de Vaucluse is 30 km away. We must point out that for some tenants who are really sensitive to noise, occasional tests at the Orange Air Base located 10 km away can disturb them.

INSIDE
You enter the house by an entrance hall which has a cloakroom, a separate WC and stairs leading to the floor above. On the right is the dining room divided by a large window with the adjoining well-equipped kitchen, which has a gas range, and the store-/linen room which opens to the garage where the table tennis table has been set up. On the left, you have a bedroom with a double bed and the lounge with two sofas, fireplace, and a flat-screen TV which has foreign TV channels. Upstairs on the right, you will find a bedroom with a large double bed, looking out onto a terrace, and a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom and separate WC. On the left, the third bedroom has a double bed and a terrace.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a large and wonderful garden with beautiful trees. A large part of the garden is lawned and hedges provide privacy from the neighbours. A covered terrace at the entrance to the house has been set up so you can enjoy your meals on it, and a smaller one shaded from the sun by Virginia creepers is located in front of the dining room. On the right of the house you will find the enclosed swimming pool area, with an outdoor shower and pool house, which is equipped with a microwave, a fridge and table football. The very deep pool has 5 steps aside leading down to it and a large 1.20cm deep shelf extending over the entire width before reaching the large pool. Rounding off the activities, you can play table tennis or pétanque.

OUR OPINION
You'll enjoy a pretty villa with a charming garden and large swimming pool, where you can relax and take advantage of the many activities on offer. It is ideally located for visiting the region and the must-see places in the Comtat Venaissin, not forgetting the famous Splashworld Provence water park in Monteux (18km away).
