«The property is slightly deceiving from outside because it was originally a 1930s motor court style motel . The rooms have been completely renovated and they are extremely attractive.Parking is within 30 seconds of the room . Not to discourage anybody from visiting Cottonwood,but it was 105° when we were there and the air conditioning had absolutely no problem keeping the room at 73°»

«The house is spacious, the property is clean and in a good location. The furnishings are extremely sparse, so is the kitchen . To our great disappointment none of the fireplaces worked and the propane on the grill was empty. We did not get any warnings about the fireplaces. The icemaker is not connected. The dishwasher is about to break and broke two glasses, which is probably why there were no wineglasses and only 5 drinking glasses. And no bowls whatsoever.»

«Wonderful home! Close to many things to include old town Cottonwood, Sedona, Clarkdale, Jerome. Also only a mile from Dead Horse state park great place to run and hike. Rental bike shop less than a block away. GREAT central location!»
