The space
This home has all the bells and whistles you could imagine for an unforgettable getaway to the endless wonders of the Southwest! Comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat will leave you relaxed, refreshed, and wishing you could stay longer.

Living Space
Enjoy an inviting, open-concept layout featuring high ceilings, soft leather couches, and plenty of space at the dining table for everyone. Unwind with a massive 85" HD Smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows. High-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with central A/C and heating, and spend your evenings on the private back patio around the gas fire pit, taking in the beautiful Mingus Mountain views.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen boasts granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and a large island—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and dual coffee maker (drip or single cup). You’ll also find pots, pans, bakeware, BBQ utensils, basic spices, oils, kitchen linens, and starter paper goods. Coffee pods are provided to get you started.

Primary Bedroom
Relax in a plush king bed while enjoying private backyard and mountain views. The ensuite bathroom features a pebble-floor walk-in shower, granite counters, and a large closet. A Smart TV completes this serene space.

Second & Third Bedrooms
Each offers a comfortable king bed and full closet, accommodating two guests per room. A king air mattress is also available for added flexibility.

All linens, bath towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Outdoor Living
Fire up the built-in gas BBQ with granite counters on the back patio and dine under the Arizona sky. Relax around the gas fire pit with comfortable seating and a large umbrella.

The property is meticulously maintained, professionally cleaned, and inspected after each stay. While the patio and outdoor furniture are cleaned between guests, seasonal winds and pollen may cause light debris—cleaning supplies are available for touch-ups during your stay.

Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are stationed throughout the home for your safety.

Other things to note
This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
