«Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and appeared to genuinely love their jobs.
Room was nice, view was amazing! Rooftop parking was convenient, but the door to the roof parking area needs to be heavier or have some means to remain closed. Our last night was very windy. I spent most of the night leaving our room to close that door, as the wind was coming into our room. I would definitely stay there again, but probably wouldn’t stay in room 316. »
