Welcome to Costa di Sognu, a flowery and wooded property with a swimming pool and views of the village and the sea: a green and relaxing setting! On a 3-hectare property comprising 13 cottages (6 semi-detached mini-villas in one building and 7 semi-detached apartments in another building), 34 m² apartment located on the ground floor. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sleeping area including two bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and a sofa bed (80x190 cm) - One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) (can be joined together upon request) - Shower room/WC - Ceiling fan in the bedroom Third week of rental free (offer valid between April 5th and May 31st and from September 20th) One additional person can stay free of charge on the sofa bed in the living room - 10 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Parking on the property Shared facilities: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 cottages at the top of the property (10x4 meters, depth: 1.40 meters) with a shallow end for easy access For young children, a 2.50m x 1.50cm pool with panoramic views of the plain and the sea. Open from May 10th to September 27th, heated from May 10th to June 14th and in September. Safety system: protective barrier.
