I was turned away from the property upon trying to check in despite having verified that the property was pet friendly prior to booking. Pet friendly applies only to all dog breeds but they would not accept the 2 week old bottle fed kitten that wouldn’t be out of its carrier except to be fed.

Clean and affordable for short stay. Front desk person was....not sure if he likes his job. Not completely unfriendly, but gave off vibes like he was annoyed. When I told him my name, and said, "checking in", he said, "maybe." Huh? Anyway, these days, people in the service industry act like they are too good to work - entitlement. But, housekeeping did a stellar job!

Everything was fine. I asked for a quiet room on the 3rd floor, and that is what I got! The only thing was that it was really cold and I had to sleep with my sweater on. One thin blanket is all that was on the bed.

This was OK for an overnight stay. Clean, easy parking, good location. I apparently didn't read what was included before booking because I assumed there would be breakfast, especially for the price, over $140 with taxes. The lobby is small and very basic, not a place you'd want to spend time in. Staff was polite. But it was fine for what I needed: a place to sleep while attending sports events over two days. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, based on the convenience of being close to the swimming pool where the Oregon Swimming Championships took place. On night two, I found a drug needle in one of the drawers next to the bed, while putting my iPad away. I immediately asked to be moved and requested a refund for the night which the useless manager and useless owner refused to grant. If a drug needle was there, imagine how well the bed was cleaned. It was also implied by the "manager" that I was the one who placed the needle in there. "That's the most used drawer in the room, you should have seen it earlier and I can't confirm if it wasn't there before". I'm a single father with a child in the room participating at the championship, she could have pricked herself or touched the needle by accident like I did. We moved rooms across the hallway and forgot one piece of swimming equipment behind in the "old" room. Upon realizing it, I went back to the same useless manager and he checked around the old room and the housekeeping closets to no avail. So... Housekeeping took it home for themselves. I asked for my reservation to be cancelled so I can move hotels, they also refused to do. Absolutely a bad experience with housekeeping, the manager and ownership. If you want to sleep in a room where you question the cleanliness, touch (and maybe prick) drug needles, be treated like garbage by the manager and the owner, this is the place to go.

Checkin was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. WIFI worked great and was surprised to find a large mini fridge with separate freezer. Would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am again next weekend!

Decent stay
Toilet was broken right off the bat. Maintenance did fix in a very timely way which was appreciated, except it was late at night and we wanted to retire earlier. Bath towels were small, but the shower controls and water pressure was good. Value was not as good as other nearby hotels since there was no breakfast. But, overall it was clean and comfortable.

Econo Lodge is not a brand I was very familiar with, but the room was very nice: comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, good towels and easy parking. I did not have time to use the nearby facilities, but across the parking lot was a mall with multiple stores and restaurants.

About the only thing I liked was the water pressure. We got in to our room around 10 pm to find the window had been left fully open so the room was cold. Took a while to warm up. Weird shower tub keep creaking loudly every time you moved in it. Two scrawny little bath towels provided for two people total. Floor not swept well. Smallest “queen” bed I’ve ever slept in. Weird parking lot. Will never stay again. Way over priced!

In town for my daughter’s tennis tournament. Gave us 3rd floor back side room so my daughter would have more quiet rest. Very thoughtful! Had queen plus pullout bed. Queen was comfy. Pullout bed mattress was very thin and old. Could feel the springs. Hotel gave us extra blankets to us as pads-daughter slept well and was comfortable. Essentially this hotel is 5-7 minutes to everywhere.
