A beautiful home near OSU campus

Beautiful and newly remodeled, now with AC! With a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from OSU campus this is the perfect spot for visiting the university or taking a trip to see the charming town of Corvallis. With 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful living space for everyone, this home is a beautiful sanctuary for large families or groups of friends.

Located on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the general living area with an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, and laundry room are on the main floor. With a private fully fenced-in backyard and deck, you can be in the middle of the action while keeping your complete privacy.

Guests have access to the entire property except the detached garage. May make full use of the driveway or any available on street parking. Please note the city does ticket cars parked on the street blocking in ANY way driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.

Walking is the easiest way to get around this neighborhood, and the house is close enough to campus to walk so as to avoid the hassle of parking. A public bus also runs less than a block away.

Currently there are window AC units in 3 rooms.

Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
