Located on the first noble floor of the historic Palazzo Bourbon in Petrella, the first apartment features original hand-painted ceilings and ornate furniture. Carefully restored with great attention to preserving all the original features, this apartment has two bedrooms decorated with yellow silks both on the walls and on the bed. The original stone floors and the arge windows overlook the main street of Via Guelfa. The bathrooms are brand new; stone floors, with both bathtub and a large rain shower, and a small hidden niche above the bathroom. The dining room has two large windows and is elaborately decorated, with an original fireplace (not used) and a big modern equipped kitchen with island. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old).

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 4 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
