GREAT family home with a great place to sit and relax…canal view!!

Come and enjoy a relaxing time at Luau Landing on Key Allegro Island! Luau Landing is one of our favorite places to kick back, relax and enjoy time with family and friends. This wonderful beach home features five bedrooms, four and one-half baths, laundry room and a great room (living, dining and kitchen) for visiting and hanging out with loved ones..
Bedrooms include the following: Master-Queen (sleeps 2), Fishing/Anchor-Full on Full bunk bed and trundle (can sleep up to 3-school aged children/teens-no more than 150# per bunk and adult size for trundle), Dolphin-Queen (sleeps 2) and full loft (teen), Fish room-Queen (sleeps 2), twin trundle (sleeps 1), Turtle Room-Queen (sleeps 2) plus kid cot. Fish and turtle room both have pack-n-plays for infants/toddlers.

One of our favorite places to hang out at Luau Landing is the back porch. We have a two level porch area…a large covered porch so you can sit, rock and visit and a grill to cook your favorite burger, steak or seafood treat! On the lower level deck, we have some chairs so that you can soak up the sun or a great place to dry off after a dip in the canal. The lower deck also has a picnic table so that you can enjoy meals outside. An outside shower is also available to use to rinse off the sand and salt before heading back inside.

We would encourage you to bring your own life vests for your younger child(ren). The house is directly on a canal so safety is important.

Enjoy kayaking or paddle boating (available for rental in Rockport) within the canals of Key Allegro Island or paddle down to Little Bay and enjoy some beach time at Rockport Beach. Sometimes the dolphins will join you as they swim through the canals often. We would encourage you to bring your fishing gear as many people fish in the canal off the back. Many fishermen have been successful in catching red drum including our boys who love to fish!

The neighborhood is very safe and a great place to vacation! There is a "shell" beach on the island and a brisk morning or evening walk is enjoyed by many.

A community pool is also available for those who enjoy swimming. LIMIT of 6 people can visit at one time.

There are front stairs to enter home and back outside deck stairs by canal

Note: *Housekeeping will provide 4-5 trash bags, one roll of paper towels, small bottle of dishwashing soap, a sponge, 5 dishwasher pods for the kitchen and 5 pods for the laundry room. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap.
