  • Beach Haven er ny og forbedret! Fullstendig ombygd etter orkanen Harvey. Beach Haven er Ocean Front strandeiendom som ligger på de vakre strendene på Mustang Island i Port Aransas.

    Beach Haven tilbyr fantastisk utsikt over havet, gressrike sanddyner og svømmebasseng fra den romslige private balkongen, stuen og fra soverommet. Ligger i Grand Caribbean Condominium-komplekset og har nøkkelfri inngang, to heiser og en privat strandpromenade med en svingete sti som fører deg gjennom de gressrike sanddynene til stranden. Hvis du er ute etter en bortgjemt getaway, vil Beach Haven tøffe deg inn i landskapet!

    Beach Haven har helt nye gårdshusinnredning og innredning i kyststil. Denne nydelige leiligheten tilbyr et åpent konsept boareal for intim familietid. Familierommet har en ny liggende sofa i skinn og kjelestol for ypperlig komfort når du ser ut i havet.

    Det splitter nye Martha Stewart-kjøkkenet har nye skap, nye apparater i rustfritt stål og benkeplater i sjøglass. Det velutstyrte kjøkkenet hjelper til med å gjøre dette tilfluktsstedet til en praktisk, godt planlagt getaway med fransk dørkjøleskap med ismaskin, komfyr, Keurig kaffetrakter, stekeovn, mikrobølgeovn, oppvaskmaskin, brødrister og søppelhåndtering.

    Vi vet at en god natts søvn er viktig når du er på ferie! Hovedsoverommet har en ny king size-seng og gårdshus kystmøbler mens de to gjesterommene har dronning senger med nye madrasser og kystmøbler. De to gjesterommene har utsikt over bukten. Det er også to doble luftmadrasser med innebygde pumper. Beach Haven sover 6 - 8 personer komfortabelt. Den helt nye og oppdaterte 3 soverom, 3 bad, er 3. etasje sameie fullt møblert.

    Det nylig ombygde mesterbadet har en stor flislagt dusj med doble dusjhoder, glassdører og en forfengelighet med dobbelt marmorvaske. Gjestebadene har nye vasker / forfengelighet med kombinert dusj / badekar.

    Beach Haven inkluderer også all ny 50 ”4K smart-TV i allrom, 46” 4K smart-TV på hovedsoverom og 32 ”HD-TV på de to andre soverommene. En AM / FM-stereo med CD-spiller, blå tann og SD-kort tilkoblingsevne. Inkluderer gratis Spectrum høyhastighetsinternett med Wi-Fi. Vaskerom inkluderer vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og strandfasiliteter.

    Spis sammen i kyst spisestue med sitteplasser til seks pluss tre i baren, eller på den overbygde uteplassen med utsikt over havet med sitteplasser for fire.

    Nyt soloppgangen over havet, fuglekikk eller bare slapp av på stranden. Grand Caribbean Unit # 3010 har alt!

    Nyt golf på Palmilla Golf Club som ligger 3 miles nord for Beach Haven. 3 natt minimum på alle større ferier. Ingen månedlige utleie i måneder eller oktober.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for our party. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were A LOT of things previous renters had left behind that we could use. The condo is updated and has everything needed for a stay at Port A. We will return! All communication with the host was prompt.

We have stayed at other vrbos at this location, this one is by far the best. Plenty of towels, beach toys, well stocked kitchen, and we liked the separate dining space which allowed for a larger living room area.

Amazing beach front

Loved staying at this unit. Clean and spacious. Great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Swimming pool was a hit with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice vacation

Me and my friends recently stayed at Beach Heaven and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. I especially appreciated all the necessary things that were there. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The location was ideal. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. I loved the big couch with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night. There is also plenty of dining seating with the table, bar stools, and tv trays. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved this condo!

Father's Day Weekend

We planned this trip last minute and we are so happy we stayed here! The condo was away from all of the hustle and bustle, which is what we wanted. Check in was super easy, the condo was clean and had everything we needed, even stuff for the beach! The balcony was amazing. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone.

It was perfect. The balcony view of the beautiful water is unobstructed, we enjoyed having coffee & looking at the views morning and night. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony. We loved the boardwalk to the beach, as there's no need to pack the car & driver to the beach, we only had to walk 5 minutes down the boardwalk. The grounds & pool were very clean. The condo was clean &cozy & had every item we needed including 2 twin air mattresses, a pack n play for the baby, 2 high chairs, extra blankets & pillows, washer, dryer & soap provided, shampoo & soaps in the bathrooms. There were beach toys and a wagon to carry your things to the beach. The beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses which is a huge plus. The decor for all the rooms was very nice. I will stay here again, the owner has done a great job of having a nice place to stay. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you.

Toes in the sand!

Great accommodations. One bedroom shares community bathroom. A bit of a hike to the beach but easy access. Driving to the beachfront of condo is about 15 minutes. Overall super comfy and high end!

We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The ocean view was perfect as well as the quick walk over the walkway to the beach. We had a small issue and reached out. Management came by the same day and everything was fixed. That was service! Thank you for that! Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely coming back. Recommend 10/10.

CLEAN and great location

This is the first location I've stayed and felt like it was actually clean. Everything was extremely clean inside and outside the condo. We saw ground staff multiple times cleaning the walkway to the beach, mopping elevators, picking up trash, etc. The beach is very easy to access and has a hose to rinse of the sand after your beach trip. Overall a 5/5 stay!

Nice stay

We have younger children, so being able to 'come and go' between the beach and condo was really valuable to us. We did not have to pack tons of snacks and lug them to the beach. We ate, went and played on the beach, and when kids got hungry or tired, we just ducked back into the condo and had a snack/rest.

Very nice condo

This condo is very updated and nice inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (except measuring spoons😁). The view from the balcony is great Our disappointment comes not with the specific condo, but with the complex itself. Until mid to late afternoon, the swimming pool has absolutely no shade except for two tiny tables under a thatched umbrella. There is no where to lounge in the shade and the sun gets brutally hot. Additionally, there are no beach umbrellas for rent anywhere so there is no way to have any shade on the beach. These might be minor problems for some, but we were 4 adults in our 70’s looking to just relax on the beach or by the pool and not work on getting a tan. We do not have our own beach umbrellas, nor would we have been able to put them up if we did. If you are okay with the above info, then I recommend staying in this condo (but bring your own toilet paper…😁)

Starkey Properties/ Grand Caribbean

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved it! The only issues we had was with Starkey Properties. They didnt send me the email 2 days prior to check in to fill out the information needed to get into the condo so I called them and had to fill in all information needed in the hot parking lot on my phone. I called them again because they only gave us 2 parking passes. BTW - They dont answer the phone you have to call and hit the star key for a call back.(Annoying) They said 3 cars were allowed. The 2 with the parking passes can park in the front and the other car can park on the back row where there is not a tow sign. Well 2 days pass and we got a tow notice from "Thomas" saying the vehicle would be towed in 24 hours if not moved. I called Starkey (waited a call back again) I said I needed another pass or they would tow my truck I asked if Starkey Properties were still located up the road where it said on my map quest she said yes and I could come pick up a pass but they closed at 5:00 and it was 4:15. I said I was on my way. Well after going to that address and searching all around I finally stopping at another random Reality office and they said that Starkey did not have a physical building on the island (WHAT?) so I called Starkey again (wait for a call back) and they finally called back and said they would send someone out with another parking pass so my vehicle would not get towed. The condo was excellent - loved it but the Management was horrible.
