    El Constante har vært et landemerke i Texas Gulf Coast i over 30 år. Dette godt vedlikeholdte, familievennlige komplekset er det strandmål du vil besøke for å lage minner som varer livet. Fra en hvilken som helst enhet kan du høre den milde bølgen av bølger som ruller i land og bare få skritt unna miles av vindkastede Texas strender.
    Start dagen med en kopp kaffe og en fin tur på sjøen mens du nyter en nydelig soloppgang over Mexicogolfen. Flere mat og underholdning destinasjoner er nær-og populære aktiviteter som strand og brygge fiske; surfing, ridning eller bare slapper av og slikker litt sol er alle på fingeren tips. Den helt nye Schlitterbahn vannparken er nå åpen og ligger bare 3 kilometer unna. Hvis du tar med en båt, vil du sette pris på den nærliggende tilgangen til båtlanseringer og kanalanlegg her på øya.
    Dette vakre komplekset tilbyr også en av de mest fredelige bassenginnstillingene du finner og bassenget er oppvarmet for hele året. Når du er klar til å lage livslang familieminner, vil du ikke finne et bedre strandkompleks enn El Constante.

    INTERIØR
    Du kan sove 6 i denne lettgående, andre etasje bi-nivå, strand utsikt, leilighet som kommer med en king size seng i soverommet og en queen size seng i gjestesoverommet og en queen size sovesofa i stuen . Begge soverommene ligger ovenpå og hver kommer med eget bad. Nede tilbyr det åpne kjøkkenet, spisestue og stue, samt et halvt bad.

    Sengetøy for hver seng og badehåndklær for hver gjest er gitt. Et to natt minimum opphold er nødvendig. Kontraherende gjester på Padre Escapes må være 25 år eller eldre. Gjesten må ha et statlig førerkort eller annen akseptabel ID. Denne enheten er IKKE kjæledyrvennlig.

Family vacation fun!!!

Finding the property was easy. Great online description of the amenities. Location was fabulous, close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Nice space fur family games in the evening. The weather was great. Could not have a had a better experience!!!

Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience, location cannot be beat!Some major downsides, access to the in-room washer and dryer was locked out with no guest access. The balcony sliding glass doors did not lock. The neighbors smoking marijuana traveled into the HVAC leaving our room smelling like dope. The fire alarm for the unit went off several times, the front office shrugged us off saying it was someone in the shower, maintenance was called and showed up almost two hours later, also triggered when we were checking out reason we were told the door was left open too long as we loaded luggage into the car.

Everything was good. The only negative was the property’s location on the listing. Vrbo listed it as in Port Aransas. Had I taken more time to do the research and read more reviews, I would have noticed it was in Corpus Cristi.

Only downside they are doing construction ( I wasn't told prior) but if you don't mind being woke up at 8am by loud banging on walls.. I would just ask before going they are doing updates. My only suggestions for improvement are more shower towels because 1 towel/person is not enough when there isn't a washer or dryer in the room, and a dust pan with a broom would have been nice, so we could very easily clean up the sand. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip.

Location is great

Furnishings are a little threadbare, there are holes in the walls and the towel rod in the master bathroom is about to fall off of the wall. Kitchen is updated but electric range made me glad we weren't planning on cooking. The location is wonderful, you can listen/watch the waves roll in from 2 of the balconies. Nice pool area. Walk through the pool area and down to the beach.

Not Cleaned

Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were gritty. We brushed it off as we already had sand on our shoes. Then we unpacked and noticed that there were skittles under a decorative table, there we’re nail clippings on the floor, a fishing line weight (of which we didn’t bring any fishing supplies), a pill, battery and popped popcorn underneath the master bed. The sheets in the master seemed to have some sort of remnants of a scab, which were felt upon entering the sheets. During this current time we live in, we expected a higher level of cleanliness for the condo, this condition was unacceptable. When I called the property manager, they were very quick with a response to send housekeeping. The house keepers shower up 10 mins later, they entered the room and were shocked that we were still here. I told them it was fine, I wanted to show them the areas of concern. The housekeepers were teenage girls, I was expecting a contracted company with uniforms. They seemed frazzled by the areas of concern, stating that this condo was cleaned by them and they had fully detailed. I can say, I was not impressed, this is the last time we want to stay at this condo. I appreciate the quick response of the property manager, the location of the property, as well as all the other amenities. Yet, my expectations fell very short by all the dirt and remnants that were not cleaned. I also documented pictures, that I would like to share, in regards to all of my findings.
