Very clean and lovely decor! Hosts communicated quickly. LOTS of space for big groups. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Parking for about 3 vehicles, but be aware the fit can be snug on the sides for larger vehicles. We had a great stay!

We had a great week-long stay at this property! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable, the appliances in the kitchen worked great, the AC kept up with the hot temps and the location was nice. We liked having the pool to hang out and meet other guests.

The rental has a great floor plan and is decorated in bright beach themed colors. The walls are very thin so you can hear what is happening all throughout the unit. The pots and pans are well loved and need to be replaced. Many of the utensils need to be replaced and there were no cutting boards in the kitchen. We saw 2 roaches and asked the property management company to come out and spray and they were very responsive and came out. The trash bags that the property management team provides are very thin and you will need to buy your own. We had a great time and the place worked for what we needed.

Great for group of 8!

Cute beach community. Enough space to spread out and move around. A bit crowded and the shared pool was small.

Perfect location in Port A!

We had a great stay as there were 5 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and spacious for all of us. The host was so easy to contact with any questions leading up to the trip and had quick responses. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but still perfect for the whole group and whoever else is there from the neighborhood. Perfect location to the beach and not far from shopping and restaurants and golf cart friendly!

Excellent Property

Excellent property, only complaint is there were no extra towels or hand towels. Only one hand towel per bathroom and only one towel per person. Had to wash towels several times. Other than that great property! Would stay again!

Beachy vacation home

We loved this property. My sister stayed here before with her in-laws a few years ago. We had six adults and four kids. The kids loved the bunkroom. I loved the big tables with plenty of seating. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and eating together every morning. Kitchen had practically every amenity you would need. We brought our own trash bags and coffee/filters. The house is very clean and comfortable. We loved it.

Great Place to Stay, TINY Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was in great condition and the accommodations were as you would expect. Biggest let down was the size of the community pool. If you have more than 10 people in it, good luck. The grill needs to be cleaned badly as the bottom catch is completely full of grease or just needs to be replaced.

Fantastic stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came as a whole family -- 2 adult sons and their wives and children plus myself and my husband. We had a houseful! The moment we walked in we were impressed with the openness of the space. The beds were comfortable! I'll be honest, our favorite part was how friendly the staff was and how easy they were to work with regarding our reservation. Not one complaint. Well, the mosquitos but I don't think they had any control over them. LOLOverall, a sweet vacation for our family. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery and shopping. We would go and rent this space 100 times over!

Very cute, spacious, comfortable home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few, minor broken items in the home, but we assume that's because they hadn't been reported by the cleaning staff. (Ex: sink handle, things they would have noticed.) The office was very responsive and nice every time we reached out to them for anything. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable. They even have a vaccuum, not just a broom, so you could really clean up the sand - if needed. That was nice. One minor thing we noted: no bedside lamps in the bedroom was a little inconvenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo! Thank you for having us!
