  • "Den åpne stuen er et flott sted å slappe av etter en lang dag på stranden. Kokken i familien vil elske det store, velutstyrte kjøkkenet med hvitevarer i rustfritt stål. Mens du forbereder et måltid, får du en fantastisk utsikt over innsjøen like utenfor bakdøren din. Ovenpå er det romslige hovedsoverommet et rolig tilfluktssted med et sittegruppe for den stille leseren. Den store bad vil få noen til å føle seg bortskjemt med et stort badekar for å slappe av. Ta et skritt ut på den store, private balkongen, og nyt den vakre utsikten over Lake Colby. Rett ned i hallen inviterer roen til soverommet en komfortabel lur etter en lang dag i solen med en romslig jack og jill bad. Alle kiddos kan nyte seg selv som de vinder ned dagen i det lekne køyesenget. En skjult trille seng er sikker på å være en hit. Tredje etasje er en flott flukt for gjester som ønsker litt privatliv. Den private balkongutsikten over innsjøen og et eget bad gjør dette til en virkelig fantastisk plass. Vi inviterer deg alle til å besøke oss på vår Lovey Dovey strand hjemme!

Staff, particularly Brittany, was very attentive and helpful. A few negatives: very little space between bottom bunk and top bunk, the only shower that would get hot was in the master bath, master bath sink water was only a trickle. Once the water issues are addressed I would give 5 stars.

Reviewer Comments: We choose Cinnamon Shores for the location, clean resort beach, beautiful and clean seaside homes, the golf cart service, and the beach chairs/umbrellas service and for the high expectations we have for house maintenance and comfort we trust will be. The office was professional and all courteous staff and the absolute excellent management. Any problem we encounter the staff immediately responds and takes care of it. We always trust that Cinnamon Shores will provide us a positive happy and memorable time there. The Pizza restaurant and service along with C-Bar was excellent. The monitoring of the pool bands were greatly appreciated. We look forward to next year!! Highly recommend Cinnamon Shores😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Lovey Dovey! We enjoyed fishing from the back and grilling on the deck. The property was just recently updated and is beautiful and welcoming. The floor plan worked well for us - 3 couples and 2 kids. Note that the bedroom suite on the 3rd floor does not have a door separating the room from the stairway in case complete privacy is of high importance for the people in that room (a safety gate is at the bottom of the stairs and was plenty for the couple staying up there. The circulation and cooling was comfortable in that area. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The great lawn was a close walk, and the two pools could each be reached with a short ~ 5 min walk. The house has its own outdoor shower/hose on the side of the house, which made rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

WONDERFUL STAY!!

Reviewer Comments: The beach house was very comfortable and Cinnamon Shores Management made everything right upon arrival that was not right(filthy carpet, which they steam cleaned on 2nd day of our time, and many many burnt out light bulbs, and mulch pallets blocking the driveway). These things needed to be done before our arrival. We lost 2 days of our time there. The house is A wonderful place and location to stay. Umbrella and beach chair service was awesome. The 3 pools were fun and the C-Bar side food and was delicious with great service by the pool. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend Cinnamon Shores. It still has the most to offer. They just need to have walk throughs of the houses before guests arrive and make sure carpets are cleaned, and all lights are working and not burnt out. We had sooooo many bulbs burnt out inside and outside. Definitely need better attention to making sure home is acceptable before we arrive. That is important. Our first 2 days were not fun having to deal with it. We shouldn't of had to deal with that. We save money allll year to afford to stay there. We were highly disappointed when we arrived. Once everything was made right and done , then we were able to enjoy our stay. But we lost 2 days.

We have stayed in several other properties at Cinnamon Shore, and we chose this one because we have 4 boys who love to fish. The property is perfectly situated off one of the 2 lakes, and it’s stocked well with fish. Boys fished for hours upon hours right from the porch.The reason for 3 stars is because the property needs TLC. Most notably, the rugs throughout the house (stairs and bedrooms) are quite worn and heavily stained. The house also needs to be painted inside and out. And the landscaping needs a refresh. There is debris in the front yard and broken slats. The outdoor shower is unusable.With much-needed TLC, this beautiful house can shine again.

Upstairs shower small and the room was warm but in third floor. The rest of the house stayed nice and cool. Location was near the front of CS but perfect with golf cart. Loved the second story porch and the babies loved the pipe he swings. Overall a wonderful place!

Great Place for a Family or Group!

It's one of the largest units around the pond offering a third floor balcony for a super view. It's conveniently located on a fishing pond and between the two heated pools in the complex. The house was spotless, well furnished, and included amenities (like all kitchenware and a gas grill) that made it easy to settle in.We had one maintenance issue (primary shower was broken) that went unresolved throughout our stay, which was an inconvenience. Management did acknowledge, own, and address the issue at check-out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in Lovey Dovey for the week of Thanksgiving. It was a fantastic house with so much room! The master suite was amazing-so much space with a sitting area & huge bathroom. The 3rd floor bedroom was roomy & Private-perfect for another couple. Since we cooked for Thanksgiving, the kitchen was perfect with Viking appliances and a big center island. There were French doors that opened up onto the back deck & pond from the kitchen. This just created a beautiful setting for relaxing, drinking wine, cooking & watching the littles play by the pond. The den & dining rooms were nice & big & comfortable, too! I would definitely stay in this house again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time. Lot of things broken. We gave a list to the office when we checked out. Only thing I really could not take was all the cold showers we had to take. No hot water in any of the bathrooms. We did have some warm water after a while. Everything else we managed to workaround not a real problem. I do not think the hot water problem can be fixed this is why I would not recommend this property to anyone. Other wise fantastic property.

We had several issues with this house that were resolved fairly quickly. The office responded quickly. It was frustrating not to be able to go to the office and talk with someone. While we loved the location of the house and we liked the space, we would not recommend it until some things were fixed. When you are spending that much money it would be expected to have things working and the house clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home set-up was perfect for family. The home was well stocked and perfectly clean on the inside. The outside needs paint maintenance and the deck furniture needs repainting (mold on table and chairs was not inviting). I would suggest some cleaning equipment to help with clean-up of spills. An electrician needs to check out the breakers that control the wall where the tv and internet are located. We had to flip the breakers 3 or 4 times. I think the whole area needs to get together to demand that internet and phone service gets improved on the island! It is 2019 and bad service is NOT acceptible! Yes, I would stay at Lovey Dovey again; it was a wonderful place with just some things that need to be improved!

Nice location but house was a bit disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a perfect location and was pretty well layed out. The house was a bit outdated and the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. We had to wash all the glasses and pots and pans as they were put away dirty. There were at least 10 cockroaches. The outdoor areas were filthy and I had to wipe down everything before we could sit outside and use the barbecue. The refrigerator and washing mashing had broken parts and were not working properly. I will come back to cinnamon shores but will not rent this house again.
