Inside the Fairway Farmhouse, tasteful decorations, modern amenities, and spacious living quarters await. Relax in the living room and tune into a movie on the large TV, equipped with SlingTV which boasts LIVE Local TV, LIVE Sports Events, and any other binge-worthy TV you can imagine. Play chef and cook in the gorgeous full kitchen with gleaming countertops, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a modern Keurig combined with a traditional coffee maker for the analog guest. Extras include a waffle maker, a panini press, an electric mixer, a blender, and a garlic mincer. Make the brunch of your dreams with all these thoughtfully included amenities.

When it's time to pick your room, rest assured that everyone will be content with their choice since each of the four rooms is adorned with soft bedding, a welcoming color palette, and adorable farm-themed decor. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
