Welcome to Sea La Vie. As you enter, the stylish and contemporary interior invites you to kick back and relax. The gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern appliances and plenty of prep space, perfectly paired with the adjacent dining area for shared meals.
This two-story home boasts four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate the whole crew. On the main floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a cozy bunk room featuring two queen beds and two twin beds — ideal for families or groups. Upstairs, the luxurious king suite boasts a private ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while a second queen suite also includes a private ensuite bathroom. A convenient half bath completes the second floor.
Outside, Sea La Vie offers a private pool and poolside lounge area where you can soak up the sun. Welcome to Shore Thang. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept living area bathed in natural light. Comfortable seating, modern coastal décor, and a large flat-screen TV create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of sun and sand. The kitchen is both functional and beautiful, featuring a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining area.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Two spacious king suites each include private ensuite bathrooms and thoughtful design touches for a peaceful retreat. A cozy queen bedroom offers easy access to a nearby full bathroom, and the fourth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds—perfect for kids or additional guests.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.
- Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
