The living room TV offers Spectrum streaming service. - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. This property has everything including a washer and dryer in the unit and free wireless internet It has stained concrete floors throughout with high ceilings in the living room. The kitchen and living area are an open concept style, perfect for entertaining. Comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property. STR#:514305
