The check in process and communication from property manager were amazing. The room was great the first night no issues what so ever. However the second day and night got a little more difficult; we stayed out on the beach and admired some attractions

The property had a chemical smell as if the cleaning crew was trying to cover up years of smoking or dog and old carpet orders. The paint was old , peeling and dingy and there were dirt marks on the walls. The AC closet was filled with dust, durt and old cleaning supplies as it haven't been cleaned in years. We were considering going elsewhere, but we felt it woukd have been a challenge to get our money back so we stayed and tried to clean and relax and enjoy our time on the beach etc.The silverware drawers had not been cleaned out either. They were dirty and it made us think the dishes were all dirty too.
