Step through the front gate into a backyard oasis: private pool with lounge chairs and seating, outdoor TV, cornhole and giant Connect Four, dual grills (charcoal +propane), outdoor shower, and a half bath for poolside convenience. Upstairs decks with seating and rocking chairs offer neighborhood and pool views — great for morning coffee or evening breezes.

Open-plan living room with cozy sectional, comfy chairs, smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Dining table seats six plus six barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a roomy pantry, and a Keurig — everything you need to prepare family meals.

Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
