WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree D11-12 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. Both bedrooms are located upstairs by accessing a spiral staircase, the laundry area is located on the main floor in the bathroom off of the living room. While here you will see the large super tankers traverse the ship channel dwarfing everything along the way. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool.
