Nestled just south of downtown Rockport in a quiet neighborhood, this home is ideal for your Gulf Coast vacation! This modern beach retreat is filled with luxe furnishings and upscale appliances. Drive just minutes to the beach, or relax at home on the covered patio. Find plenty of room for recreation and soaking up the sun in the back and side yards or the quaint front porch. Several dining and shopping options are just a quick drive away. Browse paintings and crafts from local artists at Rockport Center for the Arts, and brush up on your history at the Texas Maritime Museum, less than two miles away. Go a little farther to Goose Island State Park for scenic walking trails and the chance to spot native waterfowl. The fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect Gulf-coast catch.

After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the living area, furnished with plush sofas and two armchairs. Make popcorn and watch your favorite shows on the 60” cable TV and soundbar. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a 32” cable TV. The en suite main bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful with terrible service

The house is beautiful and provides many "at home" amenities. The beds were also comfortable. However, there were roaches that were 2 inches in length. We killed a few on the front porch and back patio, in the house on the kitchen and laundry room floors, and on the couch. We reached out to Vacasa immediately but all we received was a canned response of "we apologize for the inconvenience and have reached out to the local manager." Long story short, nothing was done to right the situation. We didn't use the living room furniture because we were afraid a roach would crawl across us. We didn't feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen and only used the fridge for cold items while the rest of our food remained in our van, meaning we spent additional money on eating out for all meals instead of just dinner. I am pretty reasonable and understand that bugs increase after a storm and also understand that the problem might not be fixed in the two days we were there, but no additional response, after apologizing for the inconvenience, is as disgusting as the roaches. Coming out and spraying the perimeter of the house or refunding some of our money for not being able to use half of the amenities would have been appropriate gestures in the right direction. If we had arrived earlier in the day or were staying longer than two days, we would not have stayed there. One of the main reasons we went for a rental home was to be able to cook and we couldn't without roach worry.

Very comfortable house for family gathering

Stayed here with family while visiting our grandmother in Rockport. Very clean and comfortable and nice back patio for hanging out. The internet went out while we were there; took a few phone calls, but the rental company was responsive. Couldn't fix it before we left but gave us a credit. So not ideal but at least they tried. And overall we enjoyed the house, so would still stay there again.

Just like home

Clean and comfortable just like home. We had a wonderful visit except two little things. The door had some issues and we had to get a new code but the rep was super kind. And the mosquitos! The back porch is gorgeous but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the mosquitos that didn’t care about our spray or the candles. We would totally rent again..just maybe not when it’s mosquito season.

Lots of technical issues

Sink was broke first 2 days in master bathroom. TVs didnt work entire time, ac has hard time cooling home. Beautiful home. Rained entire weekend. Was stuck inside no tv for kiddos.

Memorial Weekend

What a beautiful home. -INSIDE. NOT SURE if the town didn’t do the normal mosquito spray in the neighborhoods but at the house they were HORRENDOUS. I Have never bought & used so much OFF in my life. And I live on a lake. But anyways, the place is beautiful, very clean and in a great location to the beach. Beds were also very comfortable! We did have an issue with the TV not working and not having internet. Not sure why the pantry door was locked either, so we had to put all of our food on the counter. Other than that, Great place.

Nice Home

This home was well kept & clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Two things that were lacking were an outdoor grill and restricted control of the thermostat. We could not drop the temp below 75 degrees, which made for a warm, uncomfortable two nights.

Great spot in Rockport

House was perfect for our family and would be great for two couples especially with the bunk bed setup. Very close to the beach and main road was a block away if you needed something. Didn't have any problems with logistics and the automated notifications were great. Hope to stay again next time we visit Rockport.
