This townhome is a fully furnished 3 bedroom. You will feel right at home. This property accommodates 11 guests with a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath.

Bedroom 1:

Offers a downstairs King bed with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen Smart TV provided with basic cable so you can sign into any apps. There is a Pack N Play in the closet and pool/beach accessories (Always in the unit if needed).

Bedroom2:

Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with Basic cable.

Bedroom 3:

Offers two twin top and bottom bunkbeds with one extra twin trundle underneath when needed. Flat screen Smart TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. A GAME SYSTEM with 2 controllers provided to play and enjoy over 3,000+ games for all ages. We do ask you please supervise kiddos when using.

The Living Room:

Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. Sofa turns into a Full size bed with a double foam mattress to guarentee a comfortable nights rest (Extra mattress to double the bed is stored in the master closet). Flat screen Smart TV, and Roku Stick with Basic cable provided. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages. There is a murphy desk for a dedicated workspace (Fast internet provided).

The Kitchen and Dining Area:

Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 8 and the bar can seat 4. There is a black chalk board attached to the murphy desk for everyone to enjoy and get creative with ART and games during your stay!

The Laundry Room:

Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.

Outside:

You will have a furnished patio. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes.

What is provided:

*All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking (dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, swiffer mop, broom/dust pan, vacuum)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as pool/beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower!

*Pool towels provided

Location:

This townhome is in the back of the complex with 2 reserved parking spots right in front for easy access. There is extra guest parking right in front of the unit as well. You are more than welcome to park on the street with a trailer if needed.

Pool:

This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool, from October-March. Go to take a load off and relax. There is plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan! Pool toys are stored in the master closet. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!

Grills:

Grills are provided in the pool area. (Charcoal is not provided).

Golf Carts:

We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in our rental guide link we send you.

Fishing:

There is a canal behind the complex which you are able to fish from.

You can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!


Beach:

Whitecap Beach is a 5min drive.

Bob Hall Beach is a 10 min drive.

JP Luby Beach is a 8 min drive.

Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.

Malaquite Beach is a 15 min drive.

Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.

You will have access to the entire condo.

You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking. Please refer to the rental guide link we send you.

We have partnered with other local small businesses on the island, and when you book with us, you will receive great perks in the rental guide we provide (including discounts with golf cart rentals, beach rentals, grocery concierge, boutiques, salons, and free appetizers at certain resaurants)

*This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($100). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!

*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
