Memorial Day weekend getaway

Overall a great stay! Impressed with the amount of cookware and utensils the property had. The fenced in part of the yard was a bit small but the open grassy area was very large and great for lawn games and cookouts. Awesome location with easy walks to restaurants/downtown and the pier!!

This house was a perfect place for our family to spend a weekend. The house was so cute and comfortable. I loved how it was decorated. The property was in a perfect location. We would love to a stay here again on one of trips down to the Corpus/Rockport area.

Summer Vacation

The property was clean and well decorated. It is easy to get to. We enjoyed the upstairs balcony, the view of the bay and the breeze were great. Our only complaint would be the master bed sinks in the middle and it didn't feel like a queen bed. Also, the bedrooms are small and tight.

Perfect little bay house

This house was the absolute cutest house. We were very happy with our stay here and had the option of so many things to do. I grew up going to Port Aransas and corpus and this house was the perfect inbetween. I had 4 boys with me(my dad husband and 2 kiddos) and they love to fish and this was a nice walking distance to the pier. We went during the forth of July and my dad ended up stay at the house after a long day at the beach and he had a great view of the Rockport firework show from the top porch! It was a pleasant surprise for him! We also brought our dogs with us and they have the perfect little side yard that is great for the dogs!

Annual fishing trip

This was a really wonderful house! There was great indoor and outdoor seating, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for boat parking. Everything was clean and the space was very pleasant. Excellent location close to town, good neighborhood. The bathrooms were very nice and the entire house is well decorated. We would love to to come here again, highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

Great “Covid-cation”

Great little cottage 5 min walk from the fishing pier and a quick mile drive to the beach / marina. Listing looks just like the pictures and was very comfortable. I think 8 people would be a tight fit, but maybe that would work if it is 7 other people you really like. Only complaint is that when we pulled some dishes and silverware out they still had food residue on them. Not sure if that is a function of the dishwasher or hand washing by the folks before us. The laundry was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend the property to anyone!

Rockport Mermaid

Easter in Rockport

My family and I stayed at the home located at 902 East Bay St. . The home was so perfect, It was very clean and had all the items we need for our stay, the linen on the beds were so soft and clean and smelled sooo clean. The location of the house is great we walked downtown went shopping at the great shops and their prices are great! we even went into one store and was given the best margarita I have ever had! the home is walking distance to a fishing pier, and all of the great downtown stores. I cooked a brisket on the pit ,and we had an Easter egg hunt in the yard. My family and I WILL BE BACK !!! Just not soon enough. Thank you for such a great weekend!

Nice 2 bed house in Rockport!

My family and some friends stayed here recently for a few nights during spring break. The check-in was fast and easy and the house is just a short drive from the Vacation rental company's office. The house is on a corner lot about 2 blocks away from Aransas Bay. The driveway has enough room for four cars easily. The inside of the house was nice and clean, other than my wife finding some hair on the guests bedroom bed on the sheets. She's pretty picky about that stuff, so we took them off and washed and dried them real quick in the washer and dryer that's in the house. The other beds were fine, so maybe the cleaners just missed the guest bed. There are enough beds for six people easily with the pull down bed in the living room. The guest bathroom is downstairs, so you'll have to go up and down the stairs when you use it. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, so if you're sleeping in it you won't have to worry about that. Both bedrooms are upstairs so you'll have to use the stairs period. The master bedroom does have it's own deck, and it's pretty good sized too. There is a little bit of a view of the bay from up there also. There are decent sized flat panel TV's in each bedroom and the living room as well. The master bedroom is quite a bit bigger than the guest bedroom and has it's own closet for storage. The guest bedroom closet is at the top of the stairs , just outside the doorway. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you might need, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. The dining area and living area are nice sized and as I mentioned earlier there is a flat panel tv in the living room and it's probably a 55"-60", so we enjoyed it. There is a deck you can access through the patio doors by the dining table, or you can get to it when you walk up the stairs to the front door. We never used it because it was a bit cool during our stay, but it would be a nice spot to hang out with your friends during warmer weather. The mosquitos were out while we were down there, so bring some repellant, or buy some when you get there. We stay in the Rockport-Port Aransas area every summer, and they are always around, so be prepared for that! They're usually worse in the early morning, late evening hours! There are plenty of restaurants and stores in Rockport, so if you forget something they're not far away. We had a nice stay here with our friends and would stay here again on our next visit to Rockport, TX. Hope this review helps!
