The waterfront condominium is located on the first floor of the Marina Club condominiums located in Key Allegro. The lush tropical greenery surrounding the area creates the perfect beach getaway!

In the kitchen you will find stunning granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Relax in the cozy living area after a long day at the beach. There is plenty of couch space to sit back and stream your favorite shows. This condo offers a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a bedroom with twin size bunk beds, and a bedroom with 2 double twin beds.  Step out back and catch the sunset on the private patio overlooking Little Bay. You truly cannot beat the views!

The condo offers a shared dock with access to the water. Great for those looking to kayak or paddleboard Little Bay. You also have access to Key Allegro Community pool. Please speak to the office prior to your stay for instructions.  Boats and trailers cannot be parked at the condos.  They do have to be stored elsewhere if you are bringing them. 

Located within 2 miles of downtown Rockport and downtown Fulton. Unwind and enjoy the variety of local restaurants and boutiques the area has to offer.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
