This condo's open-concept living room leads to a quaint covered patio, where there's seating for two, overlooking the shared pool. Beachy white furniture greets you in the primary suite with ensuite bath, and luxurious king-size bed. Guest bedroom also features costal vibes and a king size bed with adjacent guest bathroom. Garage and driveway parking for two cars. A private golf cart is available for guests to rent at a rate of an additional $120+ tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please call prior to your arrival to arrange a golf cart rental. 1 dog welcome in this home, at an additional $20 + tax per night. No other animals are allowed without approval. - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Only one pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days
