Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled second-floor, three-bedroom condo with Gulf views from the back balcony. New furniture, marine life decor and fresh paint on the walls set this condo apart from the others. Feel right at home with a full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Relax or gather in the living room comprised of a couch, that folds out to a sleeper sofa, or two matching armchairs and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. These rooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall with granite vanity and tile tub/shower. All bedrooms are supplied with smart TV's. Walk over the boardwalk for a day at the beach, come back and cool off in the shared pool. This complex is approximately 1.2 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and closed at night.
