Your beach vacation awaits you at this gorgeous ground-floor condo which accommodates up to eight guests. The tropical foliage greets you as you enter the front door. Inside, bursts of colorful coastal décor and furniture welcome you to island living. Lounge in the living room on the expansive sectional with chaise, plush pillows, and matching ottoman. Gather to watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and WIFI. (Only T V is in the Living room). The grand kitchen is a chef's delight with spacious granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, tile backsplashes, pantry and equipped with dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is plenty of counter space for prepping on the huge island with available seating for three. Savor your freshly made meals at the large dining table with cushioned seating for eight. This room has a door to the huge private patio, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. You can hear the waves just over the dunes and smell the salt breezes. On the other side of the home are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) furnished with a King bed, nightstands, and closet. The large window offers views of the dunes from the bed. The kids will love the bunk room (BR2) comprised of a Twin over Full bed, closet, chest, and floor space to stretch out and play games. The hall bathroom is made up of a sleek vanity and tile walk-in shower with glass doors. The third bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with two Full beds, each with a bench at the foot of the bed, nightstand and closet. The second hall bathroom is supplied with a modern vanity and tub/shower. For your convenience, a stacking washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. An additional sleep space is located in an alcove off of the living room with a Full bed and nightstand. Large rooms and open spaces mean your guests can spread out as needed. This is the perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family gathering. Amenities include: TV, WIFI, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.
