Det ekstra store dekket foran huset er det perfekte stedet å slappe av på kvelden. Det er 4 dronning soverom. Det er 2 soverom med senger i full størrelse. 1 av full størrelse senger har en tvilling størrelse trille. Til slutt er det supermorsom båtbed i dobbel størrelse, med en tvillingstørrelse for de små sjøfolkene. Dette hjemmet ligger omtrent 3 minutters kjøretur fra stranden, og mange av restaurantene og butikkene Port A har å tilby. Playas Azules tilbyr trådløst internett og en vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i full størrelse for din bruk. Med over 3000 kvadratmeter er det god plass for hele familien. Pros: Location is great! Close to everything. Better location than Cinnamon Shores. Has a great deck and a nice grassy front lawn. Nice extras were the grill, the extra large tv, and the arcade, washer/dryer. Conns:This place is a dump. The main door with the keypad to get in had rusted hinges and fell off completely during our stay. A whole wall of outlets didn’t work in the main living room (was not tripped breaker). The towel rack was broken in one bathroom and fell off continuously. Much of the furniture was dorm room cast off and tacky. Some of the tv remotes needed batteries. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked and didn’t have basic essentials that most rentals have such as salt and pepper. We had to go buy a can opener. Most of the coffee cups were too small for the supplied Keurig.Very little toilet tissue was supplied. The yard had dog poop throughout. One of the bedrooms had broken blinds and the last renters had attempted to repair it by duct taping a piece trash over the break. Somehow the cleaner missed this prior to our arrival. There wasn’t an accessible outlet on the outside of the house. We finally found one in the a/c unit in the back yard and had to squeeze our golf cart between the house and the fence to get it back there to charge it. There isn’t an outdoor shower, not even a water hose to spray off after being at the beach or to clean your floats before packing up. Stuff like this is standard at any beach house I’ve ever stayed. Overpriced.

Perfect for large groups.

This house was perfect for our large group of 16. We cooked a big dinner Saturday night and used one of the kitchens and the grill. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat. Everything was clean and we did not see one bug that was mentioned in previous reviews. I highly recommend this place.

Nice space!

Although the house has an interesting layout, we really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. There was room for all the people and all of our things. Overall it was very spacious for our large group. Unfortunately it was not very clean but that may have been because there were renters in right before us and they were trying to flip multiple properties and we were allowed to check in 1 hour after check in hours were supposed to occur. Several of the shower drains don't drain well and need some attention.l There was also a lot of random things left in the house, looks like someone moved out in the early 90's and left some of their things like random printers, hair rollers, etc. Also the kitchen was not well furnished with pots and pans. They were well used and we spent more time trying to get food unstuck from them than we did cooking in them. With all of that being said, we would consider staying here again but would bring needed pots & pans.

Thanksgiving vacation

House had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to support the number listed. Two huge living areas, a game room for kids and a fenced in front yard with a large deck. Within 5 mins. of the water. Furniture not very comfortable in the living room areas, good kitchen area and storage for food. Overall the house servered all our needs for a great family vacation.

The house was big enough for our group of 7 and the beds were good. The problem was the roaches. Bunk bed(which has no ladder) was a concern because the ceiling fan is too close. Ceiling fan in bathroom was very dirty.

Fabulous stay

I surprised my husband with a family getaway with our adult kids for his 60th birthday, & this place was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone-indoor & outdoor! There were 10 of us, & we had plenty of parking for everyone. They also provided plenty of the miscellaneous items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc…They have everything for cooking; however, I would suggest bringing your own skillets.

Easter at the beach

The property was spacious and exactly what we needed for our large family stay. The fenced in yard was great for the little kids to play in and stay safe:). The only issues we had were that there was no working coffee maker, but Coffee Waves came to the rescue with 96 oz carafes of coffee. Also, we had to call maintenance to come fix the wifi as it was not working. Prompt attention from the management company though.

Overall very positive appreciation of overall experience- spacious accommodating all members of our 4 generation family; good location; fyi, the commode in the first bedroom leaks at the water inlet connector and couldn’t exit on; Also, about 5’inside the Channelview entrance the flooring is not stable a heavy person might break through if they stepped on it; overall, as stated we were very satisfied…

Annual Family Beach Week

This was the second year our family spent our annual "Family Beach Week" in this beautiful home. With seven bedrooms and ages ranging from 3 years old upward, everyone had room for the privacy they needed. We love the big wrap-around verandah and spent most evenings outside, despite temperatures over 100 degrees. We had an internet problem when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. The bedrooms and living areas are large and very comfortable. Thank you, again, for the care given to this lovely home.

This home had mice, roaches, and one of the rooms bed frame was collapsed when we got there.

Again, no one expects to see a mouse, or that many roaches roaming throughout the property. In addition, one of the rooms had a broken bed frame. My mom had to sleep on the floor. There appears to be a mold like substance (2 feet tall) in the bathroom. Definitely concerning. Not to mention the flooring which is spiking up creating a dangerous surface. This is especially true for kiddos walking barefoot, or anyone really.

Great Space but Inaccurate description

We booked this home because it is listed as having 7 bedrooms. As a previous reviewer mentioned, there are only 6. This caused issues with us having to sleep with our kids in our own room because there wasn't enough space. The layout of the home is great and we loved the two living areas with plenty of space to hang out. The location is also great. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc but there are no spices or any extras of that nature. No coffee provided and only a few of the bathrooms had soap. Overall I was disappointed with the amenities provided. Lastly, the bed in one of the bedrooms is broken and lying on wonky wooden blocks. The mattress is held up by a few planks with half a dozen loose and broken planks hanging down. I tried to contact the property managers about it twice but they never responded. Overall, the house is a good space and a good location. I wouldn't stay here again though.

Wonderful, eclectic home in Old PortAransas

Charming home with a wrap around verandah we enjoyed daily—always a sea breeze and comfortable. Ed’s are very comfortable and the living spaces had plenty of room for all activities - puzzles, computer games or just relaxing Loved being IN Port Aransas and seeing this town from “new”eyes - close enough to walk to watch the dolphins surfing the bow waves in the shipping channel as the tankers came through.

Franklin Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Port Aransas. The house had plenty of rooms to house five families and even offered additional space for our teen boys. We had a wonderful time playing on the back deck and yard with the kids while they waited patiently for the adults to be ready for the beach.

Beatiuful Home for Big Families

Beautiful home for large families. Lots of space for everyone to hang out. Golf cart that is dropped off on day of arrival is a plus and makes it easy to get to the beach and around town. Here are some minor issues we had. 1. Refrigerator and freezer are a side by side. The freezer door is by the wall and does not open all the way. Hard to get food in and out. There is another frig/freezer upstairs so you are able to put larger items up there. 2. Bedroom description and pictures on VRBO is not exactly accurate. Here are the rooms/beds: Downstairs- Four bedrooms with Queen beds. One sofa bed in living room. Upstairs- One Twin bed in the landing area of the stairs. The bed is in shape of a boat so we called it the boat bed. One Full bed in a small room. Another room with a bunk-bed. The bottom mattress is a Full and the top is a Twin. The top bunk is close to the ceiling fan so you cannot have the fan on when someone is up there. Bring sheets and blankets for sofa bed. I hope you enjoy the house as much as we did!

Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home & perfect layout! It was great having one bedroom by the kitchen for the couple who always wakes up earliest & did most of the cooking. All the teenagers stayed upstairs, & the bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect for me & my 2 kiddos. My toddler loved the arcade game! The backyard was great to hang out with the whole family when we weren’t at the beach, which was only a few minutes away on the golf cart

Space for our Crew!

13th annual year of coming to Port A and up to 17 (8 adults & 9 kids) in our party. This house was a great space for all to eat, spread out, relax, play games and sleep at the end of fun days at the beach.

Definitely my favorite

Check in was a breeze, no issues at all, house is a great place to spreed out a large family, the two living areas and the outdoor space really made this my favorite rental and I have been a VRBO renter for over 15 years. We had a groups of 15 from 8 to 61 and it was perfect. A few amenities like the outdoor griddle made it so easy to cook for 15 and there were a few extra beds we didn’t expect but were glad they were there and the video game was a great plus for both young and old. The location was close to everything, and in a very quiet neighborhood, the beach and the grocery are close too. Highly recommend for a big family, we loved it and plan to come back in the fall.

Pre- Christmas Get Away

We spent the week before Christmas at the house and we had a wonderful time. My wife and I go to Port Aransas quite often and we very much like staying in Old Town Port Aransas. For our anniversary we were in Port Aransas and we would ride our bicycles by this house and just commented to ourselves that we loved the fenced in yard and the deck and how much fun it would be for our grandchildren to have a place to play outside (you also get that old time neighborhood feel sitting on the deck and waving and talking to passersby). For Christmas we decided it would be nice to take our entire family (ranging in age from 80 to 1) to Port Aransas and we saw this house was available. I gave the accuracy of the listing only four stars because it does not list all the amenities of this house. For one thing, there are two large living areas downstairs and the upstairs is perfectly suited to allow one to work remotely if one has to do so on vacation (I brought my whole office with me and it was easy to get set up). The check in and out was very easy and the property manager is very responsive (we did not have any problems to which they needed to respond). We highly recommend this house, especially for a family.

We loved this beautiful acclectic property…rooms/beds for everyone….we loved it!

It was the perfect size for our family…7 bedroom and four bathrooms…a very well equipped kitchen, several tv’s and grill and fenced yard where our 2 yr old could run as much as he wanted …we made lots of great memories there!!
