The balcony had plenty of comfy furniture for all of us to sit out and enjoy, and we grilled and ate outside at the dining table too. It was also right by the lake and the guys fished some too. We really enjoyed our stay at LegaSea.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upstairs of the house was smaller than I thought, specifically the kitchen. It made it tight to move around in there with a couple people and kids flocking about. Sheets and towels were luxurious. The house could have used a good dusting-I understand it may not happen between each cleaning but it looked like it has been months, under couches, credenzas etc. At a place with little kids dropping food, puzzle pieces, toys, we will be noticing if there is dust in those places. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the things you could need to cook. The couch and pillows were comfy. The mattresses in the two bedrooms upstairs need to be flipped as the mattress dips where you lay on each side. The house, as you entered downstairs, gave off a musty smell and left some of our clothes smelling that way. Lots of great balconies with beautiful views of the lake. They had some toys and books that my kids enjoyed. The location was great other than the fact that in the evenings, you could hear golf carts/ music from the front bedrooms of course not all night long but until the quiet hours so I recommend a sound machine for littles. C.S replaced a blender that was broken almost immediately. Everything else functioned well. Love that the rooms had fans for extra air flow!

Beautiful Home with Some Issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at LegaSea numerous times and it occupies a special place in our hearts. When possible, we have planned visits to Cinnamon Shore around the availability of this house, because we have such fond feelings for it. We have stayed at a few other properties the past two years because LegaSea had become difficult to book, so we were excited for the return visit. The house remains beautiful, but we had two specific issues. Some of the lighting is terrible. It appears that there has been an effort to replace all the bulbs with bright white fluorescent lights, and it honestly really changes the feel of the house. Secondly, the bedding has changed for the worse. This house had beautiful and luxurious bedding at one point. Now, the sheets are literally hospital sheets. Just the worst quality, like sandpaper. All the beds have the same sheets. The mattresses, too, have changed and are now hard and uncomfortable, with a waterproof layer adding to the hospital feel. It’s sad, because we have had many happy times there, but at these prices, we will probably choose a different house next time.

We read the reviews prior to staying in this home...we almost rented a different property because of the reviews. Overall...happy that we stayed at LegaSea. A few items we found that could be improved...the upstairs family room and patio upholstered furniture had a good amount of stains....very dirty. I'd recommend cleaning or replacing, the showers upstairs were dirty (hair/mold) and the downstairs (ground level) area smelled very musty and a little damp. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels etc. Our experience had some negatives as the a/c was not functioning properly when we arrived and the property owner had multiple a/c companies coming by the house all throughout 2 days of our trip which was very inconvenient. They did not make the repairs to the a/c until the last day of our trip. So it was very warm in the house, especially mid summer. We were given a one night stay reimbursement thankfully but were still frustrated with the situation.

Great stay at Cinnamon Shore

We enjoyed our stay. The property was great and we loved the location. The house was well equipped but the patio was pretty dirty upon our arrival (old water bottles on the ground, dirt and leaves everywhere). We also found some dead bugs inside. We wished the towels and beach toys were easier to find, and that they had a Keurig. However overall we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice. The layout is great for multiple families, in a great location & has great views. We had 4 couples & 3 children/babies. The bunk room was well-appointed and great for a family with children. There are no closets in the master or the bunk room. They have built-in areas for hanging clothes and suitcases. My reason for noting this is my niece had planned to put the pack n play in the bunk room closet but she ended up putting it in the laundry room. The other 2 bedrooms do have closets. The family room is very comfortable with a sectional, 2 chairs and a nice dining table. The owner also has a cabinet with adult/children's games and puzzles. The outdoor space has seating, bar table/chairs, dining table/chairs, gas grill and 2 very comfortable chair swings. The house was well-appointed with nice bedroom linens, appliances, plenty of dishes, blowdryers in each bath and lots of beach towels for our use. We ended up having some bad luck with the dishwasher and washer breaking during our stay. I don't think this was neglect, but rather bad timing. Cinnamon Shores tried to fix both but each appliance needed parts which could not be obtained during our stay. The owners were gracious and gave us compensation for the inconvenience. CS manager, Amber, personally took our clothes one day and washed them for us! So sweet! My only recommendation to the owners or information for renters is that there are no microwavable bowls/service ware for a group and there was only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen wash cloth. These two things are definitely not deal breakers but worth noting. The house was well-appointed, and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable home, frustrating kitchen appliances

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful, comfortable and convenient to the amenities. The house was spotless when we arrived. We were frustrated that certain important appliances did not work properly. The heat on the dishwasher may not be working, that was what we figured when the grease was not cut on the dishes, the soap never dispersed properly and the dishes were never dry. Also, the microwave was non-functioning. A maintenance man brought us a spare but it took up precious counter space. We had a toilet that needed to be fixed twice during our stay. We also saw 3 roaches, one on the couch, one in the master bedroom and one in the dishwasher. Also, we probably wouldn't stay right in the middle of the community, especially with the 4th of July late-night activity. Our neighbors in the condos next door played loud music and the golf carts blaring music went on past 11:00 on the 4th and 5th.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite Cinnamon Shores home yet. The flow of the home worked well for our family and the extended family staying with us. The decor of the home was lovely and these homeowners had everything we needed! And the location of the home within the community can’t be beat. We will definitely be staying here again next summer.
