Condo 327 La Mirage Beachfront Condominium Resort with Private Boardwalk to Beach

Family fun at the coast! Enjoy this OCEAN FRONT property with a gorgeous view from the oversized balcony and from inside the condo in the living room and master bedroom! Many updates this year, including LVP floors throughout (no carpet!). We are on the top floor, so neighbors above and amazing views. There are elevators on the property for easy access. There is a community boardwalk just steps from the elevator for a quick and easy path right to the beach.

Summary of Rooms:

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM: King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps that have USB charging ports, smart TV with cable, desk, and sliding door to the balcony. Attached master bathroom with a single sink, tub/shower, and tons of shelves for all your toiletries.

SECOND BEDROOM & BATHROOM: Two twin beds, a small drawer set, 1 nightstand, and a lamp with a USB charging port, a smart TV with cable, and a small closet. The attached bathroom has a single sink, a large vanity, shelving, and a walk-in shower.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa has a queen-sized pull-out bed, two upholstered chairs, 65-inch TV with cable, two USB lamps on end tables, sliding door to the balcony offers amazing views of the entire room!

DINING ROOM: Dining table seats 6!

KITCHEN: Kitchen has all the necessities! Appliances include fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, and slow cooker. Stocked with all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, and more. You will never enjoy dishes more than when you get to look out at the ocean while you work!

BALCONY: My favorite space! We have a Polywood dining table and 4 chairs, plus two Polywood Adirondack chairs and an end table. Start your day with coffee on the balcony and end it with dinner and a sunset.

LAUNDRY: Full-size washer and dryer, hooks and shelves for all your beach towels and toys

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied, but we do not provide beach towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. Should you need anything, contact the front desk or visit them to get more.

Great Balcony!

Big balcony with a great view of the water and sunsets. Great little condo with fun pool and sports area and common room with ping pong. Our family had a wonderful time.The following is intended as minor improvements that would make this place truly amazing.Would recommend more "high-top" furniture on the balcony to improve the views. Main bathroom has a very low showerhead - would be nice if it was moved up higher. Main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with access to the awesome balcony. Would also be nice if the living room had more comfortable chairs for reading when the weather is bad outside. Wifi is super slow. Living room TV is super dark - likely needs to be replaced. Also couldn't get the main bedroom TV to work.

We enjoyed our stay at La Mirage for spring break. It was in a great location that wasn’t crazy crowded but it was only a few minutes to get to town for dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Getaway

The property is still recovering from a hurricane, as we learned from residents. But it was still nice, comfortable, and accommodating. The best part was the massive deck. My wife and I spent each night out on the balcony watching the waves.

Weekend family getaway

Pros: proximity to the beach. Easy check in, once we got the code. Easy check out and parking instructions in the unit. Short drive to restaurant. Beautiful beach view. Cons: unit was not very clean. Opened the door to 2 live roaches in the family room. Fridge was completely rusted on the side. Master shower was clogged and maintenance did not show up, even though we called. Kitchen sink had a stale odor.

Trip to Relax

Older building with renovations in progress. No problems with loud noise . Loved the large balcony and furniture with side view of water. We felt the condo was comfortable, clean and excellent value for the price. Definitely recommend.

Easy weekend stay

Great distance to the beach. Can’t get much better. The building needs some improvements but the unit had everything we needed. Beds were not very comfortable…could use better mattress and pillows. We loved the balcony!

Short Family Vacation

My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed for a few days. The condo was nice and had what we needed for a short visit. The beach was really close and easy to get to and the property itself was not far from restaurants. The view from the balcony was really nice too. There was some construction going on but nothing that bothered us. Nothing to complain about and would book this property again in the future.

Clean and great view

This is a great, simple spot for the money. The walk to the beach is very doable without a golf cart (if you bring gear in a wagon make sure two people can carry down steps), and the pool was perfect at the end of the day. We know they are just reopening after the hurricane and are likely still working on building out the amenities. The place could use some more quilts for the beds - the ones provided were not substantial enough, and overall the condo feels a little sparse and the furniture is not very well made - an anti-tip device needs to be installed on the dresser in the king bedroom. The view off the balcony is beautiful and the front desk is responsive.
