Start your mornings with peaceful sunrise views, then head just steps away to the stocked fishing pond to cast a line. In the evenings, grill up burgers or your fresh catch and enjoy a game of cornhole downstairs. Inside, you can challenge your group to a friendly game of ping pong in the living room, then unwind in thoughtfully furnished spaces made for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Whether you're exploring nearby shops, enjoying local seafood, spending the day at the community pool, or cruising around in the included golf cart, Caney Creek Beach Club puts you minutes from all the best eats, treats, and beach adventures in Port Aransas.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• There is no direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile away.
• This home is not within walking distance to the beach (approximately a 15+ minute walk).
• Ocean Village beach access is approximately a 2-minute drive.
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings cannot be guaranteed. If you book for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will contact you directly to finalize rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.
• Winter Texan rate is available November 1 through March 1.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• Choose from items such as bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
• Early check-ins and late departures cannot be guaranteed to allow the cleaning crew ample time to prepare the home.

ACCESS CODE

• This home has an electronic lock and no key pickup is needed.
• Once the rental agreement is signed and a copy of your driver's license is received, the access code will be included in the check-in instructions sent 1 day prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra items as the starter set is for 1 night only and we will not resupply.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see nearby construction or community improvement projects.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful at times; the property is treated monthly by a professional pest control service.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• The home is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for maximum occupancy, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to ensure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
