PARKING
Each unit is limited to two vehicles, including guest parking.
Parking is available for two medium-sized vehicles.
Larger vehicles must use the approved overflow parking area to the right after entering the gate.
Garage access is not available.
Street parking and parking that blocks the common drive are prohibited.
Buses, boats, boat trailers, trailers, motorcycles, campers, RVs, house trailers, and vehicles over one ton are not permitted outside an approved overflow parking area.
Disabled vehicles may not be parked on the property outside a personal garage.
Parking in grass or landscaped areas is prohibited.
Guests may not park in another owner's driveway.
Overflow parking is located to the right after entering the gate.

PET POLICY
Up to two pets are permitted.
For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $25 cleaning fee.
For stays of 30 days or longer, the pet fee is $200 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A minimum stay of two to three nights is required; the applicable minimum may vary.
The contracting guest must be at least 25 years old.
A signed rental agreement and a copy of the contracting guest's driver's license are required.
Klarna and Affirm payments are not accepted.
Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the coastal environment. These services are beyond Port A Escapes' control, and discounts or refunds will not be provided for service disruptions.

GRILLING RESTRICTIONS
Due to city ordinance and safety concerns, cooking grills of any type are prohibited within 10 feet of a rental home and may never be used on decks or balconies.
Violations may result in significant city fines.
Guests are responsible for any resulting damage or liability.
Lost Colony imposes an additional $1,000 fine on renters caught violating the grilling restrictions.
