This property is a second-floor condo with access to the outdoor heated community pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, hiking trails, pond for catch/release, and the beach just right at your finger tips. This property accommodates guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and homie island vibes throughout. This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool and hot tub to take a load off and relax. Plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan!

Bedroom 1:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will ensure a great nights rest after a long day having some fun in the sun. Relax in the bed and enjoy your downtime with a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will also ensure a great nights rest after all that fun. There is also a twin platform bed in the closet to accomodate 1 guest. Turn on that flat screen Smart TV or enjoy some DVD movies for the kiddos at night.
Tons of great beach accessories to enjoy a full day in that sun!

Bathroom 1:
A walk in bathroom that offers step-free access into the shower, plus a shower chair for guests with limited mobility.

Bathroom 2:
A shower/tub combo to safely get those kiddos nice and clean.

The Living Area:
Offers a Sofa and a sitting chair. The sofa can turn into a queen bed and accommodate 2 guests. At the end of the day you may need some down time from all that fun, enjoy Netflix and multiple apps with some popcorn on the large wall mounted TV.
A dedicated workspace in the corner is also provided for your laptop, zoom meeting and so on. But dont forget, you didnt come to the Island to work the whole time :)

This property sleeps 7 guests comfortably.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 5 and the bar can seat 4. Legends Ultimate Arcade Machine that will entertain all generations with 300 games installed.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with 4 chairs and 3 side tables. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes.

The beach is within walking distance. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

**This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($150). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!

*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
