Highlights inside include a high-end kitchen and unique beach decor. LIVING AREA Snuggle up on the plush sectional in the living area and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. On quiet afternoons, kick back in an armchair with a new book. KITCHEN and DINING Quartz countertops sparkle in the kitchen, and upscale appliances encourage you to work your culinary magic. Sip wine at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for six in the dining area. BED and BATH This two-story townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a bonus bunk room. The primary suite is outfitted with a king-size bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed. Each bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A half bath provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREA and AMENITIES Relax in the shade on your covered balcony. The table seats four to alfresco meals. Check in was a breeze, the employee was very polite & knowledgeable, giving tons of information about the property. The market employee was not as polite, never greeting us when we would stop by & barely looked up from his phone. The only drawback with the home was the poor wifi which if you’re on vacation it’s understood you probably won’t be on your phone much but the cell service in general made it difficult to communicate with each other & make outgoing calls. Other than that the home is beautiful & the property offers plenty of amenities.

You’ll need kcups, better blankets, kitchen pans (there is some older ones and you may need your own if you plan to cook). The WiFi is horrid so do not plan to work from here (don’t make the same mistake I did). The communication from VRBO wasn’t great and they never resolved the issue for us. There is a ton of ocean toys and a charcoal grill in the garage we asked if we could use them but there was no response.

We enjoyed our time at this property and Palmilla overall. It’s close to walk to the smaller of the two pools and just a short cart ride or walk to the beach. Even for 4th of July weekend I found it to be generally quiet (in terms of noise) and there was plenty of space on the beach. Just to note, the beach space is sandwiched between two public areas and was smaller than expected (when compared to Cinnamon Shore). The rental has 2 beds on the ground floor and the master and small bunk room were on the top floor. It was well stocked for what we needed for the week in the kitchen. There were a few floats in the garage as well. We did contact management about cleanliness and they offered to send someone back out, but we declined so as not to interrupt getting settled in. The WiFi and cell service overall is terrible. Don’t count on taking important calls or video meetings. I thought this rental was a good value when compared to other properties on the island and would stay again.

Clean, Modern Vacation Rental

This place was fantastic. Two couples, one baby, one single stayed here for a long weekend. The location was excellent. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. We'd definitely return to this home.

We enjoyed the resort pools, renting a golf cart made getting around easier but the beach was just steps away. Our townhome was very clean. The resort was extra quiet since we went during the week with school already in session.

Wonderful Property

Great location and resort amenities. House was very clean with great furniture and comfortable beds. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the kitchen really needs to be better stocked with simple everyday cooking utensils and equipment.

Spring Retreat

We had the opportunity to spend 6 weeks in this beautiful townhome. A quick walk to the pool or beach and a fabulous restaurant onsite. No need to leave the premise. It was ideal. Thank you.

Family Getaway

As a first-timer, we will be back! The house was spotless and spacious, perfect for my family of 6. The amenities were fun. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy. Wifi connectivity was not great, but we were on vacation, so we tried to disconnect from socials. Overall, we’re excited to come back next year.

Convenient Luxury

The home was pristine and within a short walking distance to a pool and guest services. We rented a golf cart for increased convenience and enjoyed it. The layout of the home was perfect for extended families (looking at you in-laws ;]) to allow for togetherness but distance when needed. I am already planning our next trip back! The townhome was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was equipped adequately. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toiletries. Great few days at Palmilla

First time at Palmilla. This rental was great for our smaller crew. Location was prime in middle of everything and especially close to smaller pool. Palmilla amenities were beautiful. Would have appreciated a little more detail in the listing on what kitchen supplies were going to be provided to better assist in planning.

Great home

Sleek Beach was a great place to stay. Very clean and within walking distance to everything. The only reason I rated it a 4 was due to the amenities of Pamilla Beach resort. The way it was advertised, I assumed the swim up bar pool was adults only and the other pool was family friendly but both pools had kids swimming. Which isn’t a big deal just didn’t expect it. There was only one restaurant, bar, small coffee stand that their equipment was broken, our golf carts lights did not work and transmission kept slipping, and everything closed early. Overall great stay. Beach was awesome!

House was fine

House was fine, lots of construction, street outside was closed due to work half the time. The two upstairs bathrooms had leaks and the wifi didn’t work for 3-4 days. But house is new, clean, pretty.
