Beliggenheten er ideell, ettersom det er rett rundt hjørnet fra strandpromenadeovergangen til stranden og ligger rett mellom begge bassengene og i nærheten av Great Lawn. Det vil være mer enn nok plass til å imøtekomme alle med denne nøye designet gulvplan for enkel flyt og oversvømmelse av naturlig lys. Det er to King-soverom, et køyeseng, dobbel vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, og et mediarom i første etasje. Køyesalen har fire innebygde køyesenger og et skrivebord som barna garantert vil glede seg over! Stuen i andre etasje er kronen av dette åpne konseptet - slag av farger spiller av det skarpe hvitt som gjenspeiler de naturlige omgivelsene. Kjøkkenet har en stor butler pantry og stuehus-servering for hele familien. Hovedetasjen har et pulverrom, stue / kjøkken og luksuriøs master suite med en king size-seng, dobbel vask og dusj og sitt eget dekk med sittegruppe. Nyt golfbrisen og utsikt over bukten mens du spiser et måltid ved det utendørs spisebordet med plass til 10! 3. etasje med to soverom, med spillebord, er et ideelt område for barna å samles etter en lang dag på stranden, komplett med privat bad og fantastisk utsikt. Another fantastic beach trip with our growing family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our growing family of 14 including 6 grandchildren ages 1-5 had a great time and have already booked our return for the summer of 2027! Our grandkids loved playing on the beach, swimming in the pools, the snow cone Airstream like G and SuSu own, s’mores on the beach, music at night and the ice cream shop. Our kids and their spouses liked the golf carts, the easy beach access, the umbrella and chair setups, and the great family setup. We also utilized the concierge service to have all the groceries for a week at the house on our arrival. As grandparents, we enjoyed everything especially having the entire family together with lots of smiles and laughter!

Great accommodations, great location to everything. Helpful that golf carts are delivered and picked up seamlessly. Great overall time. We were a big family. Wish there were a few extra garbage bags. We didn’t think to bring any.

Southern Charm at Cinnamon Shore

The location of this house is the best. And it accommodates our growing family perfectly, eight adults and grandchildren ranging from 15 to 4 ( the bunk room that sleeps 8 was great for all the cousins that only get to be with each other two times a year - lots of bonding and happy memories created here).Southern Charm has all the kitchen necessities for cooking for a large crowd (I would recommend a 4 slice toaster when the current one needs replaced.) And having 2 washers and 2 dryers made evening clean up so much easier.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is such a great size, excellent location within the community, and beautifully decorated. The landscaping and exterior are so welcoming and the interior design is just beautiful. It has so much potential, but sadly we experienced so many issues throughout our weeklong stay. The home smells of mildew when you enter, and now that we are back home I've found that every item in our suitcases smell like it, even items I laundered while there, and items we never removed from our suitcases all smell. There is visible mold and water damage high up in the ceiling of the home that we suspect is the cause. Every day we dealt with issues - the only ice maker was broken, half the burners on the stovetop are out, a broken bathroom sink faucet that made cold water inoperable, the dishwasher smelled of sewage when we ran it, a broken washing machine, and then one day the water was completely shut off to the home by the city, (while one of our guests was in the shower!). We worked with CS management to report the issues; some they could fix but others required more extensive repairs. It was just frustrating to deal with something new every day when paying these prices. I'm sure peak season going from one renter to the next makes maintenance difficult, but this felt excessive, and all issues were pre-existing to our arrival. A vacation should be an escape from this type of thing. The owner did provide some compensation for the trouble, which was appreciated but the whole experience definitely impacted our trip.

Summer Perfection at Southern Charm

This property was the perfect location for our family of 13. The house was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated without being over the top. We were close to the beach so walking wasn’t an issue if the golf carts weren’t available. The rental staff took care of the two issues we had in a reasonable amount of time so no one was inconvenienced! It was clear that the owner wants everyone who stays at the house to have a good time. I would certainly rent this house again and recommend it to anyone who needs accommodations for a large family!
