The good - awesome location, easy to access, plenty of parking, and definitely appreciated the two bathrooms and two bedroom with more than enough space for the four of us. Will use this unit/location next time we stay in Port Aransas. The management was very responsive when we realized we didn't have enough bedding - we got the additional bedding almost immediately. Additionally, the kitchen was really nice to work in - felt comfortable, clean, and even the knives were sharp!Why this isn't five star review - we encountered two small issues that may NOT be the fault of the management, but were a little annoying... we got there and found the "tar..." there is tar in the sand of the beaches and when we checked in - we had to scrub the tubs to remove the tar. Probably still not clean enough. This isn't a stab at the housekeeping... that tar is ridiculous. The second item was both bathroom sinks had almost NO water pressure. This was exclusive to the bathroom sinks. Not sure what is going on there, but there was very little pressure. The showers were very good pressure.Overall - excellent place and in spite of the minor annoyances, one of the better locations we found on the coast.

Unwanted Guests

We had quite a few roaches in the unit. There was what looked like mouse droppings in one of the kitchen drawers. I sent a text message to someone, but the only response I got was that they would notify maintenance. Not a comfortable stay, when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and you see several small roaches crawling up the wall near your bed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clean, pretty close to beach and to town. Easy checking and out. Decent pool. Wished there was a washer/dryer in the but it was fairly close. The street noise on 11th was not good at night, there were only 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels, so we had to do laundry often. The kitchen dishes were chipped and that and silverware were scarce. Not well stocked. No Kleenex, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, etc. we had to do a lot of shopping. Not adequate supplies for a two week stay.

Stay for WCF

Good location, clean and everything functional. Plenty of towels available. No extras in kitchen like salt and pepper. But does have all cooking essentials like pots and pans. Coffee pot and filter but no coffee so bring your own. Was a really cold weekend so a throw in living area would be a nice addition but I realize it’s not normally so cold.

Decent location. Needed roaches exterminated. Disappointed as we thought the condo had its own washer and dryer. Didn’t appreciate having to haul our laundry so far and incur additional expense. Also, the door to the porch needs repair as screws appear to be missing and made it difficult to go outside. Only one set of bed linens so had to wash them as well. Not worth the price I paid.

Great in every way!

Great accommodations in the heart of Port Aransas. Everything was so clean. Beds were super comfy, couch was fantastic. Very well-appointed kitchen, but could use a couple of new frying pans. Otherwise kitchen items were great. Good tv in LR and Bedrooms. Bathrooms were spotless and included toiletries. Only problem: the main bathroom had hardly any water pressure. Wonderful Stay

The condo was nice and very clean upon arrival. It accommodated my daughter & I very well - we each got our own room with our own bathroom. The furnishing and ambiance of the condo was satisfactory and comfortable. It was too cold for us at the time to enjoy the pool, but it looked very clean. Access into the condo was easy, as well as checking in and checking out. .

Family vacay

This condo was so cute, recently updated, fully equipped, great location and you can walk to the beach! The condo overlooks the pool, very pretty . We had four teenagers , they loved the location , I felt they were safe to explore on their own. Overall we had a great stay and we would definitely stay at this property again. This was probably our 12th time to Port A .

Kite Fly day, Mother's Day and fishing

Overall property is nice. The coffee maker did not work due to previous guest not properly using it correctly. Found coffee grounds where the water should go. Requested another coffee pot from property manager. We got tired of waiting so we purchased one. Maybe be sure cleaning crew checks coffee maker in future. Other then that we would stay here again.
