Third Sandbar
Just seven blocks from the beach, Third Sandbar was designed with beach-loving families and friend groups in mind. This spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers 2,600 square feet across two levels plus a separate pool house—giving your group room to spread out while still feeling connected.

Inside the main home, you’ll find five bedrooms, including two king suites with private ensuite bathrooms, plus a playful bunk room complete with a secret hideout for kids. A second cozy living area features a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create a welcoming gathering space, where a beautifully styled living room flows into a chef’s kitchen and large dining area. Step out onto the second-floor deck for sunrise coffee or sunset card games in the coastal breeze.

The backyard is the true showstopper, with a lush private yard and large pool framed by palm trees. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee on each property; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

Parking Details:
- The driveway accommodates 4–5 vehicles, depending on size, and can also fit golf carts and a boat. Boat parking is permitted.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
